I was blown away not only by the quote being less than over 1/2 the price of the other quotes I had received but also by the honesty of Jeremy. The other companies I had received quotes from had used scare tactics to try and persuade us to hire them for electrical work that would have been completely unnecessary. I am extremely grateful for Jeremy for being upfront and honest about the costs and necessary work needed to be performed at my house. He saved us thousands of dollars. With 30 minutes, I had an appointment for 9 on Friday with Etchinson. Allan showed up right on time, and within 30 minutes had my heater fixed for $90! He was knowledgeable and educated me as to what went wrong and where it happened, but most importantly he was honest and respectful!! And! My house is warm again!! They were informed that the pool has not been used for over eight years. Chris used the existing outdoor conduit and wiring. Rain got into our brand new pool equipment after a few months and the circuit board fried. Chris came back, put some plumber's putty in the junction box and told us to put some caulk on the old conduit connectors. We told them we are not confident that there will not be any water intrusion in the future. Aspen Electric sent us a new quote to redo the work with a $100 discount.
