At the center, a nice sized pond and an open area for play. As parks go, I enjoyed my walk this afternoon here despite the wind and rain. Keep to the side of the trail and try to keep your eye out for bicycles as there is definite debate as to who has the right of way (Hint: it's the pedestrians but when your handlebar hits someone and you dump into the road, it's too late.) Playgrounds, picnic tables under a huge picnic pavilion, a basketball court and a disk golf course round out the other goings on here. Oh, and a dog park. No one was in the gate attendant shack when I pulled up but there were easy to follow instructions to self pay. It was only $5 for a day pass which I thought was a great deal! The hike along the nature trail was beautiful. There are many areas where you're able to look out over the lake if you follow the "hiking" trail. I took my doggo with me. I personally didn't think it was a very strenuous hike, but I'm also fairly active. Be careful and watch your footing. I also came across what I would call a "hidden beach". Unless you hike to it or know where to locate it via boat, it's quite private. I thought it was absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to come back once everything greens up and bring a lunch with me to enjoy it for longer. The trail seemed well maintained and there wasn't any trash anywhere which is what I always like to see. I hope to get back to this lake before the end of summer. I'm trying to visit a different Tulsa District Corps lake each weekend this summer! Would highly recommend!!

They do have pretty clean restrooms which is definitely worth 5 stars alone but the lady who owns the park offered me an ice cold cola when we checked in which made my day. The only downside was that it was a little hard to find because there are no signs outside but just look for the big yellow mailbox on the front yard, and a house with the red roof, pull into the long gravel path and check in at the back of the home on the property. There's a special door in the back with a red porch where we checked in and paid. Overall a wonderful and peaceful stay!

HALL OF SHAME!!!!…read more This has been the worst experience I have had yet with any RV park in a long time. FIRST: they do not have level parking spots, I am backed all the way up to my neighbors rv and still had to run 30ft if sewer line UP HILL! 30ft is dumb just to reach my drain I can't get closer and I have spent too much money trying to make this work out. SECOND: the water presser is VERY irregular, no problem in the beginning my neighbor said buy a regulator and it will be fine, WRONG. I buy a regulator I still have my hose shooting off my trailer because of the pressure and I hardly Have the water turned on. the Water pressure broke TWO hoses now. The regulator seems To be another Waste of money. THIRD: I paid over $575 to stay here and the laundry room is "Out of Order " no laundry for 16 miles. LAST: I wanted a SAFE place To stay by you have homeless people walking through this park every day. I had some man with a cat in a paper bag screaming outside my trailer while I was trying to sleep. I don't feel safe here with all the extra traffic. If I am going to pay this price you better have level spots and proper water pressure I shouldn't have to blow my damn money trying To fix these issues daily. Fix your damn laundromat. Make this a proper Hall of Fame cause it's been a Week of hell and not worth the month I've paid for to stay here. If you talk to the locals this was always called the hall of shame and it's keeping that name in my book. Damn Rules say you must have a proper working trailer I have a 2020 and your water pressure caused leaks not to mention all the damn bugs I'm picking up living here, most parks spray their lots maybe try that and keep up a better park for people to enjoy rather that collecting pests and new leaks.

We showed up a day early while the office was closed and he drove over and got us fixed right up. The little park is perfect for my boys, they loved jumping out of the car and playing right away after a 6 hour drive. Our breaker flipped a few times and we were concerned it would ruin our power cord, the owner came over right away and replaced the breaker, no questions asked. Highly recommend this place!
