I was appalled that she didn't come back earlier to tell me that the wait would be this long! Eventually she found the item, 'in a place where it wasn't supposed to be' she said.... This happened at about 5 PM yesterday and I observed that customer service was practically abandoned at that time with only one lady who continued to talk on the phone looking away from me 'cuz she knew I'd be an upset customer if she acknowledged me. When I finally gave up looking and asked where something was two employees talking with one other verbally told me which isle. When I said I had already looked there and didn't see it, there was no follow up. Then the same two employees were in the loading dock area when I went to pick up the cedar chips I had ordered and even though I asked them if they were the correct ones (and they said they were the cedar chips while they put them in my car), I got home to find out they gave me fir mulch instead. ‍ I don't have time to be running back and I'm so annoyed at my experience- I'll find another hardware store to shop at moving forward- this is so freaking basic.

She spent lots of time in the showroom with us, lots of time on the phone with me explaining everything, and sent me multiple emails and quotes. Honestly, you would expect prices to be cheaper on the Internet, but their prices were competitive or exactly the same. I highly recommend you go in and see what they have to offer. We are working on a complicated remodel and her help was invaluable.
