They have amazing wine here and they do have your bites like appetizers but that is served from Scott's Seafood roundhouse which they do bring it upstairs to you when you order it. . I really like their mushroom pate which was really yummy. Also it comes with some grilled bread and you can do a yummy spread on it. . We also got there dozen of oysters which was really refreshing and comes with some Mingonete. . We also got an order of their calamari which was a generous portion and deep fried crispy to Perfection and seasoned well with a really nice dip too. . We got to try out their sparkling bubble and their Pinot red flight. Everything was really tasty and I highly recommend it if you are looking to taste good wine here and do food pairing too. . The inside Ambiance is very cozy and I love the fire pit and they even have a outdoor balcony with the view of the historic Folsom District. The service was very friendly and warm and welcoming. Williamette Winework is located in the same building above Scott's Seafood in beautiful Downtown Folsom. I heard about Williamette from a friend and a group of use decided to try the wines and ordered appetizers from Scott's. The wine and food pair wonderfully together. This is delicious Oregon wine. Who knew Oregon had such a fantastic wine? It's definitely up there and not to be slept on for sure. I ordered the Owner's flight which were Pinot Noir's they were amazing . We got 2 bottle of Blossom one was a Rose which I highly recommend and the other I can't remember, but it was so refreshing. The tasting room is beautiful and spacious. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating as well. Chantel and Jen were amazing very friendly and accommodating. They are the best!! We entered this beautiful 2 story brick building at one of the best seafood establishments in California, Scott's Seafood, so I had really high hopes for this wine tasting as it's above a fantastic restaurant! There were 5 of us total, 3 of us are active duty Military, we asked about discounts and they said 20% off. I actually think they charged us 20% more. We had 5 people tasting only. No food. No glasses of wine. Just tasting. The total was $350!!! This is an outrageous price gouging amount! I've never paid this much to taste wine, not even in St Helena, Napa or Paso Robles. This is price gouging at its worst! If you like wine, you will skip this place altogether. They are ANTI-MILITARY and lied about any discounts. They is really preposterous and stole our money with a smile. Avoid this winery like the plague! With 5000 plus wineries in California, you can afford to skip this one altogether! Stay in Oregon, Willamette, our wines here in California are better and more affordable anyway! read more

My gf who is a member and I went on Friday 1/24/2025 at 5 pm with reservations and had horrible service from our waiter. He was not forthcoming with explaining about the notes of the wine, seemed more concerned with the tables adjacent to us with a male/female couples, and overall not at all interested with providing us adequate service. Seems like a good place to have friends meet for a Happy Hour. My Elton Cab was decent enough but on the light side, I prefer a bolder one. Did you say a winery in the middle of folsom? This tasting room is above Scott's seafood. You make your way up the stairs and have barrels of wine/view of folsom from above. There are mixes of tables by windows/fireplace seats. It can get a bit toasty inside but the views are nice. Have a good menu for small bites and lots of wine flights. The pinots were my favorite. The reservations were a bit weird. Just make sure you try to make a clear appointment. Recommended the Pinot flight, cheese board, and focaccia. read more

We sat out on the patio on a beautiful 85 degree day and enjoyed a round of wine tasting with locally made chocolates. There are overhead shades so that you are not baking in the sun yet you can still look out into the surrounding greenery. Service was super friendly and efficient. Really excellent deal at $23 (three 2 oz pours with 3 paired chocolates). Pleasantly surprised how cute and well manicured Downtown Folsom was. We ordered a bottle of their wine, which was great, a full size cheese platter and a margherita flatbread to go with it. The flatbread was topped with delicious pesto.
