Our new set of gates is completed. We're in a very visible spot in our neighborhood and I was very embarrassed by the condition of the old gates, but no more! It turned out just the way we wanted and they were able to understand and translate my all of my little OCD based design features. Crew was on time, friendly, and obviously craftsmen. Site was cleaned properly in all respects. The price for the project was certainly in line for what we received. They came into my yard this morning unscheduled, unannounced, and with their own dogs. My roommate just happened to look outside to see their dogs in our yard. THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOCK!! They took down the fence this morning while my dog was in the yard. My dog could have gotten out and killed by a car! Their dogs took massive dumps in my yard and peed in my vegetable garden. WHO BRINGS DOGS INTO OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS??!!! They stacked the rotten wood fence boards in a neighbor's yard and left them. They left after taking my fence down, exposing it to an ally one block from the Jesus Center and did not come back. They later told the property management that they'll be back in two days!! Meanwhile, all my possessions are at HIGH risk of theft. Our own personal safety is also at risk. How incredibly irresponsible of them. This is so dangerous. If you happen to know the owners, who are on vacation and are unaware of this unbelievable, unprofessional, and reckless behavior, please call them ASAP and tell them to get their guys back here NOW!! My info is in the email I sent to their "emergency" email address hours ago. The owner is nice and I will gladly remove this review if I get a fence up today. read more

I only gave one star because I'm not sure Yelp allows Zero. .How they have stayed in business this long is a mystery. They took on our job and promised for 3 months to fit us into their schedule. They dont return voice mails and when they gave us a date to complete the job, they didnt show and then called and said" well, I told you we were behind and would get to you when available. They had me begging them to take our money. What a joke. read more
