I worked with Chad Miller and his family to clear the front acre of our two-acre lot, then…read morerough-grade it. They then cleared the pad for the foundation, installed the footing drains, and crushed stone to support the installation of a Superior Walls foundation 45' by 36' deep. After the subflooring and house were installed on the foundation, we brought the Miller team back to final grade the driveway, backfill the house, install the septic, and provide the holes for the front porch footings via concrete columns. Along the way, Chad and his family provided references for plumbers, electricians, and other service providers. Everything worked out great. The Miller family provided an excellent finished product, as shown in the attached pictures.
