While the prices are not the greatest, the selection is top tier. I am a chocolate guy, so I stick to the perimeter of the store where most of the chocolate tends to be. While they have all the classics, they have a lot of themed end caps and stations throughout the store. If chocolate is not your thing, then head to the multiple "candy by the pound" stations in the middle of the store and load up on all things candy from sour to sweet, nugget to rope and even suckers. They do have one chocolate station, which I have been known to utilize in filling up a bag. Service was fairly limited, even though there were multiple people on the floor, none were engaged with customers. When I was ready to check out, one associate from the floor met me at the register. She was monotone and fairly low energy for a candy shop associate. Service definitely did not fit the vibe of the brand. Overall, cool spot with loads of sweets. While you will not find me at Opry Mills too often, when you do, there is a high chance that I have an IT'SUGAR bag in hand.
