I scheduled a consultation online through their website. 20 min after the scheduled time, no one had arrived so I called their office. Whoever picked up said oh, I was just thinking of calling you to let you know we aren't going to the appointment. Why couldn't someone have called before the appointment time? She also said that someone would call me back later that day to reschedule but I never got a call. I would highly recommend Willbii team on doing such a fantastic job on our house. We did a complete remodel of our entire house,and it turned out Magical! The double spiral black stairway and custom wall paneling exceeded my expectations. I didn't even know where to start. Our original plan was to have a new kitchen, but instead their designer suggested we do a complete make over. We ended up going with their designer's opinion because they provided me with a preview and showed us reals samples. We took a chance! It is very grand and beautiful as you can see in the picture. Because we were in love with their work, we also decided to convert the high ceiling dining room into a two-story loft adding additional 200 square feet to our house. I owe Kaynee and his team an apology for not leaving a review sooner. My project is done and I'm renting it now for a couple of months and I finally got the time to write a yelp review. Kaynee is a very good guy and he will bend over backwards to please the customer. I do worry about his wife cause Kaynee is working all the time and replied to my emails late and night and weekends. My story starts in 2021. After being ripped off by ANOTHER architect and contractor in 2021, and losing in small claims court, I did a thorough search on the contractor licensing board to find a new one. I searched for someone that has more than 20 years experience, they have workman's compensation for their employees , and they are bonded. WILLBII had all what I was looking for and was in my area. So I chose them. I called WILLBII on a Saturday and someone answered and even came out to see my property on the same day and take measurements. I wanted to do a garage conversion. Within a week I was at the office and we finalized the plan and signed the contract. Kaynee and his team submitted it to the city. We waited the normal 5 months for everything and then as soon as they got the green light we started the junior accessory dwelling unit (JADU). He has hard working men ( Noel, Junior, Frank etc) and the supervisor or Kaynee himself check daily the project. Those guys work nonstop unless it's lunch break. No fooling around. My neighbors were always watching and they would tell me. We stayed exactly on the budget. I am a bit bossy and hard to please so they had a hard customer. Unfortunately I didn't communicate well a few of the changes and we went back and forth on the tile but I learned you cannot choose tile too early cause when it's time to purchase it may not be available anymore. Especially since I was burned with the old architect I was more afraid the same would happen and unfortunately I was suspicious and gave Kaynee a hard time. Kaynee survived! There is a point that the inspections were taking sooo long that I was loosing my patience. Same with buyers remorse. DON'T DO IT. Stick to your goal and dream of making that project cause when the emotions calm down you will be happy you did it. KAYNEE thank you for leading your men into working tirelessly, respecting my property, and helping my dream to "Will Be" a reality . Please thank all the men on your team for me.
