Yesterday a new girl did the nail trim. I'll let you judge from the pictures what kind of work was done. She actually left my big toe bleeding. I had ZERO ISSUES with my nails before my visit! Dr. Tabchi checked me after she was done and explained to me how there was no cut, and the damage done, "Was because my nails are thick and it's hard to tell the difference between the nail and the skin." Even though Dr. Tabchi told me there was no cut, he put a bandage on my toe! Please don't be misled by the Google reviews which are all positive, reviews like this that are honest, will not show up and are hidden on Google reviews.

I had orthopedic surgery which prevents me from cutting my own toenails and he was a godsend. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach him since mid January 2023. Like at so many medical practices the office staff can really be a make or break for wanting come back and the office staff at the Walbert Avenue location is truly inept. Due to scheduling issues I had to see a different doctor for the procedure & follow up visits than I saw for the initial consultation. All fine except that doctor does not accept my insurance. Every other doctor in their practice does and I was even told he accepted it but when the EOB came I got a "little surprise". A different person at the Walbert Avenue location also scheduled me at another one of their locations for a follow up visit and at NO TIME was that ever conveyed to me. Imagine my surprise showing up at Walbert Avenue, sitting for fifteen minutes then being told that my appointment was made with the same doctor, at another office location and I was now late for that appointment. The office manager at the other location was apologetic but said that "things like this happen alot from the Walbert staff especially the Saturday staff". Good to know. Hopefully I have no need to ever go back but if I do I will do my best to aviod the Walbert Avenue location as in general terms the office staff, sucks.

We would pay a bill before it was even due. They wouldn't post it for weeks. Despite the fact, they had the check in their possession. They would then send us rude letters, that we were past due in our payment.This happened on three separate occasions. When we complained. Their excuse was that their billing was out of state. There was nothing they could or would do anything about it. Except not to send us threatening letters. The next time, they screw up! I told them, that I would not be using their services any longer!
