Although she wasn't giving patient an attitude but the vibe she profuse was not friendly at all. She even told the front desk in a condescend tone that there was a patient waiting, me but it wasn't that long, because they were too chatty and slow to attend. The front desk then commented the boss, aka the PA, was reprimanding them. Afterward I heard the PA arguing with the front desk about the patient's file follow up. One can tell that the front desk doesn't like the PA/boss/office manager and visa versus. PA think front desk is not doing their job. Kind very hostile among themselves.

I wasn't 100% sure of my own diagnosis, so I made an appointment to see a foot specialist. Dr. Lok sat me down, did a feel bending tests on my foot, and asked me some basic questions to determine what my symptoms were: sharp pain, that's most intense in the morning when I wake up and inflammation of the heel after exercise. Dr. Lok gave me his professional evaluation, that I do have plantar fasciitis, and he showed me a few stretches that I can do at home to strengthen my calf and foot muscles. A week later, I went back to get my feet molded for some custom insoles, which my insurance was able to completely cover..so that was pretty cool. I got my insoles a couple days later, though I haven't tried them out yet. Overall, a great experience at Dr. Lok's clinic. Their staff speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese. It's a small clinic, but it's efficiently run and organized. Though, the only downside, street parking around the area can be difficult to find. Aside from that one downside, I would recommend Dr. Lok to anyone seeking a good podiatrist!

He is great with elderly diabetic parents and answers any and all of their questions. He is also very patient with my youngest child who had a toe issue. The doctors rotate at other locations so you have to look at your schedule but sometimes a different location is convenient if you need to schedule around your work hours.

I am diabetic and suffer from neuropathy. Add to this that I took a nasty fall down some stairs and injured my ankle. The pain was too much so I looked up podiatrists in the area and found Dr. Patel. He not only addressed my injured ankle but suggested many new option towards treating not only my neuropathy but my diabetes as well. His bedside manner is excellent and he really cares about his patients. I see others before and after my visits and they are always in good cheer, which truly speaks highly of a doctor. I am not pain free, but Dr. Patel has so far gotten me to a point where it is indeed manageable. I can now sleep at night. That itself has made my life 10 times better. A good Doctor, and a good person as well.

I went to see Dr. Chen because I was experiencing bleeding from my nipple. She fit me into her…read moreschedule ASAP and had me in for surgery shortly after. I had a breast duct removed that was the source of bleeding. Biopsy revealed it was cancerous"ductal carcinoma". She then had me do a genetic test for BRCA 1 & 2 genes, which confirmed BRCA 2. Next step given that confirmation was double mastectomy. That was hard to hear but Dr. Chen was amazing about it all kind, compassionate and reassuring that my cancer was caught super early. She took her time with me, answered all my questions, handed me tissues to wipe up my tears and was just a beacon of positivity. I feel truly lucky she was in my corner through this experience. She made a horrible reality bearable. She has made sure I will get to take my 50th birthday trip of a lifetime even though I had breast cancer. I also absolutely love her laugh it's infectious. I can't thank her enough.
