I accepted his job order, we had the job schedule last week and he texted me that he had to reschedule. So we rescheduled for Wednesday 10/15 and he doesn't show. After that the sewer backed up and leaked into the tub. At some point they just left. A couple days later, 15 minutes before the house inspection the sewer backed up again, filling up the tub with sewage. They were called to come snake it. Again, they just disappeared. A couple days later and it backed up yet again. Called back to snake it yet again. This time they talked to me, came inside and flushed the toilet and ran water. They let me know they were done and leaving. They left my gate open and my dogs almost got loose. They also left whatever sewage material they pulled out on the ground around the clean out leaving me to clean it up so my dogs don't eat it and it doesn't smell the neighbors out.

I had attempted to replace a garbage disposal, but had an issue with a pipe falling apart. I emailed Rick after 9pm that night, and he responded to my email by calling before 8am the next morning. On the phone call, Rick clearly explained the work to be completed. Rick made the service call himself early in the afternoon, and resolved my issues quickly. He was able to access our crawl space, and navigate his way down there to running a new pipe for my kitchen sink. He installed the Garbage disposal, and cleared the clogged sink drain. The work was performed professionally, quickly.. and priced reasonably. The bill clearly listed all work performed, and detailed pricing.
