First of all, he told me that the agent from the different agency had lied to me about a type of coverage and no insurance was going to help me in that matter. When I talked to the first agent, I asked him a bunch of questions regarding this matter and he did know what he was talking about and explained everything to me, so it was hard for me to believe that he was lying to me. Andy, however, kept listing all the stuff that he couldn't do. He wasn't even trying to tell me anything he had to offer, just arguing with me what he supposedly knew about. Needless to say, he wasn't being helpful, so I didn't get anything from him. For argument sake, I did call some agents afterwards from different companies who did agree with the first agent about how there was an add-on for the type of coverage I was looking for. I guess I would be going with Brian Parker, after all, the first agent I talked to, since he was helpful and answered all my calls promptly, even after hours.

Most brokers will pick up the phone and help. Kyle can barely get an email response out. We deleted a vehicle from our policy and added a new one and our auto policy doubled. We now pay more for 1 vehicle than we were paying for the 5 previous vehicles. His only response was "will you added a new van" I have asked repeatedly why added a van and removing a van doubles my policy price and all I get is the same response. I'm not adding a Rolls Royce. $900 a month for 5 vehicle before now $1904.83 monthly with the change. Help me make this make sense. NOPE he's no interested. Thanks for your business, but I got bigger fish to fry. Bad business. Just horrible.

In 2011, after meeting with Dan, he informed me about Hagerty Insurance for "historic vehicles", which no other agent had ever told me about! Hagerty Insurance is for "historic vehicles" that are driven occasionally and I jumped at the chance to change my coverage. Because of Dan, I've saved (many) hundreds of dollars over the last 7 years. He also set us up with great policies for our 3 condos that we rented out (until recently sold). He really loves his job and works to get you the best deal possible. Every time I have called him, he goes out of his way to help me with anything I need. They charged 3.5 my rate without notice to be told an advocate on their end incorrectly drafted my policy in February over 9 months ago so they will be increasing my rate by 3.5 the amount to cover the back pay for their error. I have called once a month for the pay 3 months to ensure my account and billing was correct to be assured by mike he checked personally and my payment would be around $160. Once this issue happened mike assured me again this was all their fault and they would correct this. To then tell me in our next unrecorded call, I will need to pay for their mistakes and I have no proof of his verbal assurance that my account was in good standing or that he would refund this error. I now will be disputing with the BBB and Visa as mike refused to be on a recorded line with corporate and cannot even get me my statements 3-5 business days to doctor them or did them from storage. Make sure you cover yourself as his work means nothing with out proof and he will stress you have no Nd he does not have to help you if not desired.
