Patients BEWARE OF health insurance fraud!!!…read more Went to the eye doctor for eye exam, waited 45 mins to see Dr Yoos along with office manager (what other eye doctor has the office mgr come into your exam???), very weird. I just inquired about better contacts when he looked at my eye and said I have an eye infection and would not see me till he gets back from vacation for eye exam and bills me $155 for medical exam. Oddly I didn't have any symptoms from any eye infection and even saw my PCP recently. Yet Dr. Yoos and his team pulls this stunt to get more money from patients from their medical insurance. Isn't this considered health care fraud??? They think they can charge me a fraudulent medical bill when all I wanted was an eye exam that is covered by my eye plan coverage. Well, Dr Yoos and your team are so wrong and I will let others know of this scam!

Bentonville Eye Care gave great customer service all around. I love their selection of glasses. They have a selection of lower priced and higher end eyewear. We got the glasses and they were heavier than expected. I stated we were not looking for a refund but not going to settle on glasses that hurt my wife nose. I asked where the lighter frames were and she pointed into the direction where all the glasses were. I asked if it would be too much for her to show us the frames she hesitantly did. She is not a friendly person and I will not be dealing with her in the future the doctors have always seemed nice. Stay Away from Sarah just rude. We did get her prescription and will be going somewhere else to get her some more glasses.

I'm wearin them now! haha and they are good ! So i'm happy. Just maybe don't try to pick your new frames blindly.... I looked like a female dahmer for a year. :| the decor is nice, the arrangement of the building is ..interesting, with like multiple different waiting rooms, a separate area entirely for the glasses, and then a area for exams and a entire other separate area for surgeries. I can't speak to the surgery side of things, i have not had surgery on my eyes before. Hopefully i wont..but i mean u never know. Anyways um it's agood place and the doctor was really nice and made it easy to follow directions. the receptionists were quick to respond to each patient and the paperwork you fill out when you get there is minimal enough that you can finish it before you get called back by the nurse for your preliminary eye exam. The nurse i had was also very accomodating to me and she was patient when I had trouble figuring out how to use the little vision tester box. overall it's a great place, but its the only eye doctor ive ever been to so im just gonna rate it a 4 since i dont have anything at all to compare it to.

And as a U.S. Marine I have traveled all over the world and lived in several different countries, as well as different Cities and states here in the U.S. I have been to so many different optometrists offices both on military bases and civilian land. When I first came here, I got a bad vibe, and felt a little different about the customer service I received from one individual employee. I also had to deal with her on my return to pick up my glasses and was not happy with the level of customer service at that point. But as it is everywhere in every business, one employee does not define the overall quality of care you will receive from that business. And upon rearning 6 months later, I received what I believe was the best care. Now, I've been with this optometrist for 5 years, and I can honestly say that they are my favorite. I can't even imagine going anywhere else. And every time I return there is at least one new staff member that outshines the last one in customer care. The services are great. The quality is great.
