While I was waiting I saw the dentist on the phone with a patient, put them on hold, started talking shit about them to the receptionist and proceeded to ask her to deal with it. Then another patient called and the dentist told her she didn't know why the labs were taking OVER 3 WEEKS to come in and that she suggested calling them herself because she was busy. I also witnessed an employee leaving and as she walked out she paused to tell her receptionist co worker bye. The receptionist put the patient on hold. Talked to her friend for about 5 minutes before she left and got back on the phone. To top it off the dentist had the audacity to get an attitude with me because I was leaving. He had to have a root canal, and a cap put on his tooth because Germantown Dental never caught his cavity when it was small. He almost lost his tooth, and we had to pay several hundred dollars to have it fixed. It is upsetting that Germantown Dental missed this diagnosis. I would never, ever trust their Dentists again.
