While I was there today, an elderly couple came in and I knew they would be in good hands. I know because I sent my 84 year old mother to them when I was out of town, when she had a meltdown on her phone. They were able to go through the whole boot up of the phone with her even though my mother didn't know her passwords, usernames, etc. They were able to explain things to her in a way that she could understand and they were extremely patient. I think that is one of the best service qualities they have, they are genuinely patient and helpful. Those are qualities that are hard to find these days.
