Andrew worked with me to order the parts we needed, and then returned to perform the service. It turned out once he got into it that the grill was too old and rusted to be worthy of repair, so we will be purchasing a new grill. Throughout, however, Andrew is a total pleasure to work with (as is his father, who also works in the business). Highly recommended.
