With less than 60,000 miles and only a few years old, claiming a total loss on the car would have been a serious waste. Without getting into too many details, my Accord was hit on the highway by tractor trailer truck resulting in damage to nearly the entire driver's side from the back to the front. I'm happy to be alive and somehow completely unharmed. As for the car, that was another story. The shop gave me weekly and major milestone updates by calling or text along the way. When the car was ready for pickup it looked much better but it was dark on a Friday evening after work and the temperature was in the 20's. I wanted to go home so I didn't really give the car a good look until I was filling it with gas the next morning. In the daylight I noticed some things I wanted the shop to take a second look at. Cole's provided a rental from Enterprise at no cost to me and when the car was going to be ready I had a few unexpected personal things going on in my life. The shop manager, Rowan empathize with the unfortunate circumstances I was dealing with and he extended my rental at no cost until I was ready two days later to pick up the Accord. The car was delivered back to me clean, freshly detailed, all my concerns addressed, fully repaired. I am so impressed with the level of customer service. This is my first visit. The location is conveniently right off of the highway. The signage is…read moreexcellent. I was immediately able to locate the Ford sign from a mile away. When I turned onto the road to enter Ford there was ample signage for the service area. I knew exactly which direction to turn into to enter service, where to park and there was also a service sign with enter here directly over the service entrance area. This is always helpful when this is your first visit. They immediately served me and entered my information and I signed up for shuttle service, but because I arrived so early. They said they could have my car serviced early so I could drive myself. I said great, I'll wait. 15 minutes before they promised to have the car done the service rep came and told me they were done with one finding and if I opted to have that service they would still have me done on time. Well, unfortunately, my car wasn't done on time and when I went to the service rep he apologized and said there was no charge for the service that day. I truly appreciated that they stand by their word. They also have a coffee service which I totally appreciate as a cup of joe in the morning person. I'll definitely be back.

They will tell you things that need to be fixed that are not true, you may even come out with a problem that you did not have before, but now suddenly have, my guess is that they're on commission, and makes things up. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else do not give this dealership the opportunity to screw anyone else over. And if you put a complaint into corporate, it's never addressed. It is up to the dealership to contact you about your issue, and they just never ever call. They simply do not care.

They found a nail in the passenger back side and repaired it. I stressed that it was the drivers side but they were looking at me as if I was mistaken. This morning, I had to again refill my back drivers side tire. I have a full video which I recorded to prove it was the drivers side but it was too big to upload. I plan to go by today just to show them the video. They were very condescending when talking to me and it was not necessary. They guy appeared to be flustered from the moment I walked in and did not seem to want to be bothered with me at all.

The car dealer Jimmer K went about and beyond explaining every button in the car. I had to think about it and went back a week later and the Subaru I fell in love with was sold. So I then advanced my search still looking and went back to Subaru of Troy. I had tried out different cars at about 13 different dealerships. Absolutely no one came out to see if I wanted any help, they just handed me the keys and took a copy of my license. I drove about 20 cars total but I had no idea about all the buttons. I went back to Subaru meanwhile we were constantly looking online. I fell in love with a green Subaru but it had a few things to be taken care of. My intentions were to be back on Monday to do the paperwork . In the meantime we found the identical car with like 36,000 miles less and a 2019 not a 2020. We went and looked at the car which was the same price and I bought it. Nothing had to be fixed on it. I felt really bad and left a voicemail with Jimmer. I am telling you that I have never met a salesman like Jimmer before. He went above and beyond all expectations. We left anyway. We know right now dealerships have the advantage but how about giving the customer a modicum of respect.
