I was regularly updated on the progress of the repair and what was being done on the car. I did feel that the price might have been a bit high, but I did not get quotes anywhere else, so I am not sure. I am satisfied with the work and would come back in the future, particularly because of the people. He did have a battery terminal and as I pulled the money out of my pocket which was $25.00 asking how much he said $25.00 seemed like a lot but you never know. I looked up the part online and he charged me about 3 times more than I would have paid elsewhere. I feel that I got ripped off. I feel I was knowingly ripped of .
