I found this company on Craigslist. I had an emergency situation and the ad said 24 hour service, and they were close by. I texted the number at 6:15 AM on a Tuesday and I kid you not, I had a reply in less than 15 minutes! I described my issue(s) and was told someone would be there at 9:00 AM. I couldn't believe it as they were there at 9 on the dot. Yes, it took most of the day but it was done well, they answered my questions, and I think it was a fair price. I would (already have) recommend them in a New York minute. I see there is a negative review here, and I can't help myself but respond. That person probably falls into one of the following categories. 1: They were dealing with a different business. 2: The owner stole your girlfriend in high school and you are still bitter. C: (Most likely) You are one of those people that are never happy. You make service people wonder why they ever got into this trade. If you have ever worked with the public, you know exactly what I am trying to say. Folks, this outfit is a rarity these days, they showed up, did the job I hired them for, and didn't rob me blind because I was in a bind. We need more businesses like this. read more

A microburst caused half a tree to fall ripping the power lines, conduit, and the meter, from my house, leaving me without power. Called Williams Electric in a rather scary situation. We had power in the house going on and off intermittently. When I was checking the breaker panel I heard popping noises and some sparks were flying... Not good! I called a few Electricians. I have been needing some electrical work done in my house and had trouble getting electricians to return my calls. I called Williams on a Thursday. They were very responsive. Returned my initial call right away and had somebody out on a Saturday. The head electrician was in constant contact with me and the person performing the work.
