Several days later he arrived with his crew and got busy with the issues we discussed. Our rear yard is not accessible with equipment so it was a hands on project. So far, so good. The problem began when they decided it was necessary to use a truck and rope to help pull a large tree trunk down so it could be sawn into smaller pieces. To be fair, the work we agreed on was completed as expected and done in an afternoon. Here's where I have a problem. When they used the truck to pull on the trunk, they did so from our NEIGHBORS front yard without my knowledge and without permission from anybody. The result was large, deep ruts and obvious tire tracks on the lawn. I pointed out the damage and he promised to repair the damage to its ORIGINAL condition: level surface, seeded and straw. What we got was a few little bags of topsoil which didn't put a dent in the damage. After several texts to him, he kept promising me he would have it completed "the next day " which obviously never came. SO, now I'M stuck with the repair and cost to make the neighbors whole again. (Through no fault of my own) Cory and his crew are nice guys and I might use them again but just beware to check carefully before he leaves. Guess I better get busy.....

Had quite a lot of work done 3 chimneys repaired, new flashing, rain caps, crowns sealed, and lots of cracks in the brick home tucked and repointed. How on earth the mortar blends in so well on a 1920s home which is nearly impossible but I am impressed I could see the difference the first day but the next day that mortar color matched the rest of house. Josh won't believe me but when you come by look under those 2 windows where those cracks were you'll have a hard time knowing work was even done there. I highly recommend this company especially if you want the job done right cause believe me you get what you pay for, I've had someone repair one of these chimneys probably 7 times in 3 years and it would always leak soon after. , these guys will get it done the first time. They also reinforced supports for a floating chimney I have in my garage, I had no idea how dangerous it was till he pointed it out. Something to remember as well is he also does tree work. There were several very visible seams and the carpet constantly came up on corners. I had asked for medium grade carpet and got the worst quality carpet available and was charged a premium price. At the end of the day they were semi reasonably priced but the quality of work was sub par.

Once the financing was secured, everything was set up quickly, to save us waiting and worrying. The crew was absolutely great. These guys got my small house's roof and the one on my detached garage both replaced in around a day and a half. Other than a couple of plants in our garden that were easy to miss, they made sure nothing was damaged; even going as far as standing large pieces of plywood angled against the house to protect mostly everything from debris. And when it was all done, they did an astounding job cleaning the yard up to ensure that there was nothing pointy or sharp left for my dogs to step on. They even moved my potted fig trees (which I forgot to move out of their way) back into place exactly where I had them, after moving them to a safer location in the yard before they started working. If you need your roof replaced, I seriously recommend calling up Austin at A&C Roofing & Remodeling and setting up an estimate with them to see what they can do for you. And before I forget: The estimate process is so easy. Once you call or message them, they drive by and send a drone up to get pictures of your roof, so they can figure out what you need without even needing to send a person up there. Seriously: Give them a call. I'm sure the others there are great, but Austin is the person I dealt with and I could not have asked for better service. Every call and/or text was answered promptly, and he did a phenomenal job helping my husband and I get our roof (which had been leaking into our bedroom for around 2-3 years) replaced with one that is just gorgeous.
