My husband's tooth had gotten terrible and was extremely painful. We arrived to our appointment on July 3rd at 1:45 pm and found a note on their door that they had CLOSED at 1:00 pm for the Holiday weekend!!!! We did not receive a call or a letter to reschedule!!!!! (I know when I made the appointment, I gave them all our updated information!) When I called and complained they made excuses and blamed it on a the girl that made the appointment and stated she no longer works there. No accountability!!!!!!! I will never recommend them!!!! They will close early at the last minute and not tell you!!! I left work at noon to drive my husband to his appointment only to find they left early for the holiday! While I husband was faced with a long weekend of pain from his tooth!

Their are dangers to amalgam fillings, none which were explained to the guardian. Nothing was explained to the guardian. The child was not being monitored. He suddenly became LIMP while being administered nitrous oxide and his hands were WHITE. Healthy smiles does not care about the health of any child and leaves them traumatized. Be ethical and go by updated research. Many people are seeking to get their amalgam fillings REMOVED because of the Detrimental health problems they are having. Even I was a patient years and years ago and I was left traumatized. They were making fun of me because I had a panic attack and a hygienist told me "you can't do this you need to sit down" while grabbing my shoulder. My son got his braces off today and I wanted to leave a review in appreciation to Dr. Eric…read more I am VERY choosey about which medical professionals my family sees after too many bad experiences - but Dr. Eric has, literally, some of the best "bedside" manners of any Dr. that I have ever interacted with (second only to a surgeon I worked with who called to check on me while on a vacation 36 hour flight away). Dr. Eric always spoke directly to my son and respectfully asked his permission before even pointing out any areas where improvement was needed (for example, during the consult). He always asked or informed us about what he was going to do before doing it. He never manhandled my son (unlike another ortho in the area we visited prior to selecting ELD). He complimented and encouraged my son, and was always extremely professional and kind. Five stars! Thank you, Dr. Eric, for choosing such a high degree of professionalism.

They are terrible at getting you in after too. If you're an adult with a job trying to get the smile you've always dreamed of. forget it. You'll never be able to get an appointment after work. Honestly wish I would have gone somewhere else.
