Scott has walked me through every step of the buying process imaginable. From contacting the city for permitting to how to plan for a septic tank. It took at least two plus years to find the right property for my needs and Scott has been patient, empathetic and insightful. Personally accompanying me to many properties and helping me to see some things that a wouldn't have seen myself. When I'd thought that I'd seen all that I could see and afford, he called me while he was on vacation and found the perfect property for me. While still on vacation. He still took the time to send over all appropriate paperwork needed to begin the process of purchase. Upon returning from his trip, Mr Roat accompanied me to this very remote property and stood with me in the rain. Pointing out pros and cons from his professional and personal perspective. I wanted it. He'd expressed that there were special circumstances because it was a foreclosure and a "cloud" over the title.
