Some of the guys working there have been in the business since I can remember so you know they have a vast knowledge of parts.

When an aisle was clear and I could bypass him I did and looked for the product I needed. I could not find it so went to the front counter. The elderly gentleman barely beat me there. He asked about parts he needed. The person behind the counter said " I'll have to go look I guess, they're way in the back", with an attitude. The elderly gentleman then asked the chieftain employee " may I please use your washroom?". The employee behind the counter responded " yes, it's not clean though", the elderly man replied "that's alright, I will use it", the employee of chieftain then said, "you'll have to move some ladders and stuff to get to the washroom. The old man could hardly walk. No goddamn respect for elders, what a joke. I moved the ladders and other equipment blocking access to the washroom for the elder and opened the door with the key as it was hard for him. I threw the key on the front counter and walked out without a word. I will never shop there again.

A grille I ordered was couriered to me from his "supplier in Vancouver" broken! He said I proved with photos that the damage was done by a staple gun used to seal the box before shipping. ( The damage is exactly below the staple.) I'm left hanging ... he refuses to deal with it himself or give me his supplier's name so that I can. Me? I have a broken replacement part, I'm out $220 for it. And my daughter's vehicle still needs that grill replaced. It holds the headlights firm and at the proper angle. At the moment, the grille is loose and only held on by zip straps. I'm supposed to send her back to school that way?? Do not order any parts from this business.

I talked to Kevin and even though I was calling in long distance and felt uneasy about thinking about buying a vehicle from a dealer so far away, he took the time to answer all my questions. He told me that they truck the vehicle to an agreed to location. Preferably a vehicle insurer so that you can put the insurance and plates on the vehicle and drive it home. I thought that was cool.. I buy a car or truck and meet you at my insurance registry and take the vehicle home. kind of like ordering pizza for pickup just it happens to be a car or truck that you're taking home. I had to ask why would I buy from you instead of my local dealer. Mostly it had to do with price. All the warranty is covered by the manufacturer and any local dealership will take care of the service. To buy from them is to get the best deal. I found out that it was the volume that they do that allows them to be so competitively priced with even the local dealerships here. They also have a referral program where they pay $500 to people who refer them business. If the referral turns into a deal you get $500 for your efforts. I didn't know car dealers paid referrals? By the way. It's true. The shipping is free any where in Canada. Now to find 100 friends to go buy from them so i can buy the car I want!
