Definitely a place you could spend your entire day browsing, so wear comfortable shoes. The aisles are LONG and packed with vendors. If you go here in a group or even just 1-2 people, you may all be moving through at vastly different paces depending on your interests. Prices run the gamut, so you are surrounded by great deals but also items that are way over priced. Many vendors have locked glass cases for items and staff are walking around with keys. There are also red buttons to press on each aisle to alert staff that you need assistance in a specific area. However, depending on how busy they are, who knows how long it will take for them to get to you. The major downside to our trip was that we spent ~45 minutes just standing in a single aisle while waiting for a lady to unlock a cabinet so we could see the price of an item. This was not an item we saw on a whim, it was something we had specifically driven out here to look for. If the staff can't find you when they're busy, they will just help the next person so we didn't want to miss our spot. Because of this snafu, I wish they had folding chairs at the ends of aisles for people who are forced to wait for long periods of time, or are waiting for others in their group. Checkout could be a hassle if you don't know what you're doing - if you see people waiting, grab a ticket FIRST THING. You will likely have time to browse even while waiting to check out. Yes, it feels like a DMV, but it is nice to be able to sit and relax or chat rather than stand in an long line (after standing all day). While we walked around, we talked about how thirsty we were. Turns out, there is a little cafe next to check out! I would have loved to stop in and buy refreshments, but it appeared to be more geared toward a full meal. And as a note, drinks had to be kept in the cafe area, you couldn't walk around with them (makes sense). There were signs indicating that the cafe was a popular TripAdvisor destination, so I would be interested to try it out next time I find myself in Williamsburg. read more

Such a fun place! Totally organized, clean and with friendly staff! Wear your comfy shoes because it's a large building with much to see! They even have a little lunch-type restaurant! This was my 2nd time here and as an Antique Mall, it rates right up there. Prices are higher, what you'd expect. Place is huge & easy to get turned around in it...or loose your friend in LOL. THIS PLACE IS HUGE!!!! If you are willing to pay a price for rare and collectables then this is your place!!! You can find lots of weird and cool things from baseball cards to civil war artifacts. The downside is that the owners of the merchandise inflate the price so you won't be paying what you'd expect! There is also La petite Tea Room inside were you can take a break and grab lunch. Folks are friendly there especially if you have never been there before. You walk in and they give u a locator card with a pencil so if u find an item and want to go back and get it after u walk thru the 10+ rows of antiques, u will have it circled on the locator card. We didn't get anything here, but we spent a good couple hours here just walking through. Some of it was like memory lane for me, seeing things from my childhood. Then some of it was just looking at other people's overpriced junk they no longer want. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of space in the aisles. I have been in quite a few antique shops, and this ranks up there as one of the easiest to get through. Much bigger than most, but there are rest rooms in the front and rear of the "mall" if you need to take a break. There is also a tea garden, kinda like a luncheonette, where women in funny hats have tea and finger sandwiches. Whatever it was they were serving smelled good but the little scene was not my cup of tea. While there was no clear design to how everything was set up, since different people sell their stuff there, everything was clearly marked. Some high, some low, guess you gotta look at everything. At the end of it all you take a number to be waited on to pay for whatever. As some others said, they add 1.87% to credit and debit purchases, which is a bummer. A sign also said they provide shipping but no idea how much the shipping charges are. All in all it was a fun afternoon out of the rain. read more

The place is HUGE and we didn't make it through the entire place. Most of the vendors had reasonable prices and items we displayed nicely. Like another review mentioned, lots of items are behind glass. The staff did respond quickly if you wanted to see an item that was locked up. You can see the place from road as it sits behind the strip mall. Follow the signs around back and you'll see a large stand alone building with a separate parking lot. I love this antique mall so glad we found it. If you wanted too they had a scavenger hunt you could play. We had such a fun time with the scavenger hunt, we were in there for three hours and it really made us look at everything which was so much fun. We did quite a bit of laughing as we were saw very unique items while searching for things like a rolling pin, a candle mold and a chicken sitting on a nest among a ton of other things. My husband and I kept saying we wanted to visit an antique store for a while. I saw they had a classic car event today Sep 30, 2018 and we decided to come out and see it. The car show didn't disappoint one bit but the store was just so amazing and it's endless shopping. You think you're done but it just keeps going, the items there are in such great condition and we couldn't stop looking around. We had so many ideas of what we wanted for our house and we left with some beautiful items. I definitely suggest this store and to just see you most likely will leave with something. The staff was so kind and they have a scavenger hunt for the kids. It kept my son busy and he wasn't bored the entire time, it kept him busy and other shoppers helped him find certain items. I have visited this antique mall once a year for years now when I am in town for an annual event. It is one of the best antique malls I have ever been to for merchandise and service. Plan on about three hours to walk through slowly and then going back to revisit things you are pondering purchasing. They have little cards and pencils with a map of all of the booths for you to circle if you find something you like, so you can easily find it when you want to go back. The staff is a well-oiled machine. They walk the aisles frequently opening cases and offering to take things to the front for you. I do find the tea room to be annoying. It is a fancy little crowded space. I wish they would block off a larger area with normal snacks and drinks for those of us who don't want a dainty meal on painted china. read more

This is the best organized and CLEANEST antique mall that my husband and I have ever visited. We spent over 4 hours, and we need to go back to see more. I don't understand the "overpriced" comments. Great place to find stuff. Been here several times. However, today was not the best experience- had to wait nearly 30 mInutes to checkout. This was due to a mIx of slow typing seniors at the registers, slow equipment, and a checkout process in dire need of an overhaul. We stopped here on a whim enroute to the outlets and I must say, this is my new favorite place. They have so many unique, vintage pieces and the place is huge!! I really wanted to like this antique mall since it has so many dealers under one roof but I was somewhat disappointed overall with the quality of the offerings. There just didn't seem to be that much particularly nice vintage stuff...a lot of the things for sale had more of the yard-sale, junky feel to them. The quality doesn't hold up that well vs. what you can find north of here, especially in Pennsylvania & northern Maryland. We were also disappointed in our experience with trying to eat at the small tearoom. Granted, we visited the place on a very busy afternoon. But the first woman in the tea room with whom I spoke about getting a table just gave me a blank stare and not much else. The 2nd woman, after I told her our name - I offered it TO her because, no, she didn't ask - said "we'll call you when we have a table". Really? She'd call me? Funny, but that would have been hard to do when she never wrote my name down. They seemed disorganized and not at all interested in giving service to as many people as was reasonably possible. Meh. If you like geegaws and froo-froo, you'll probably like this place. As one reviewer said, it's more garage sale and junky than antique. When I think of antiques, I think of furniture, primarily, and years like 1870, 1880, 1890, NOT 1970, 1980, and 1990. Yes, there was SOME genuinely antique stuff, but mostly it was 1960s and later. I guess, if a Chinese Barbie knock-off doll or Star Wars toys is your idea of antique, this place is for you. On the plus side, the place is VERY well organized. I've never seen anything like their system. It's excellent. Staff was very friendly, too. It's a little hard to find, tucked away down what looks almost like a service alley behind a small unremarkable set of local stores (too small to even be called a strip mall). read more

Large mall, good lighting, merchandise generally nicely presented, good variety. Important to me when visiting an antique mall is that dealers have kept shelves free of dust, at least kept it down to a week or 2 accumulation. I was surprised to find most shelves in this large of a mall, in good condition. Good place to find true antiques from the 1800's - several booths dedicated to the old stuff. Prices were high for my mid-west tastes but I saw people walking out with bags of purchases. Well worth visiting. read more

All booths are easily accessible and merchandise is nicely displayed. Despite the large floorspace, help is just one push of a button away. I agree with the inflatted prices for the antiques. I don't agree with the tea room experience. My sister and I stopped in the tea room for lunch and for $40 got good food but at the cost of politecal and personal rants by the owner. She was totally out of line and I hope people stop going there and she sells her house and moves back to New Jersey likes she wants to do. Very bad experience and I wouldn't recommend her tea room to anyone. read more
