Horrible. They are always having some technical difficulty, so they can't fax or get their images to other offices, they dont have an up to date system & the front desk staff is damn near incompetent. I switch from this location because of their inability to get results to doctors in a timely fashion. I then had to pick up a CD of my images for my new location and 4 times they burned the wrong CD. If they can't burn a CD right I'm highly concerned about what other things they are getting wrong. I literally had to go back and forth 4 times before they got it right. Actually let's hope that's the case because I'm in a cab going back now for the 4th time, thanks to Lenox Hill Imaging who was extremely helpful and accommodating. Shameful. This place was a nightmare. Other patients weren't wearing masks in the waiting room or respecting social distancing. Even the x-ray tech wasn't wearing a mask. I had to ask him too. After waiting a day to receive my results I called but they had faxed them to the wrong number. Also, instead of asking me if I wanted my referral back they shredded it. Avoid this place during the pandemic. I'm quarantining myself for 2 weeks because just from being there. I'm afraid of the risk I was in by being there. read more

Actually the worst. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive - which is about the only reason for the one star. First and most importantly, the x-ray technician misread the imaging request, therefore my doctor will be getting an incomplete scan. I was not provided with a CD after the appointment. Next - incredibly incompetent technology and slowness. The x-ray was done on Monday, and after a phone call, learned that the results were only just faxed to the doctor's office yesterday (Wednesday). Today, Thursday, the fax has not yet been received. It should by no reason ever take so long for an x-ray image to change hands. This has been an infuriatingly slow process to get diagnosed for a potentially broken bone. Never again. Next time, will definitely be going to a CityMD. read more

Complete failure of a business. Their equipment is often broken, the management is rarely if ever available. Want your films after you get an MRI? Be prepared to wait indefinitely and pay out the nose for them (they have many printed out pieces of paper taped up with the prices around the office). I myself work front desk at a medical center and would have been fired for that. One girl in particular was very nice and helpful and is the reason for the one star. Every staff member with whom I interacted, including one person who has been (again unfairly) criticized by name, was competent and friendly. Every time I've been here I have been impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The first time I was very nervous about getting in the MRI machine, the tech sensed it and was so kind and funny that I felt more at ease than I would have thought possible. I wish that I could give 1/2 star. This place is the most unprofessional medical imaging or actually medical care business ever. All the secretaries are on their Instagram pages, they scream out your personal information and they are can't answer questions properly. Instead of helping, they were gossiping and watching videos on their phone. I wish I knew who to call to complain but even the on site manager was unprofessional. No one knew (the techs ) what they were supposed to be doing I will never get any imaging done here again. By the way the only one who was knowledgeable was the mammogram examiner. (Not their fault) but it might be s bit of a challenge to find parking. They do not offer a parking facility. Public street parking only with alternate side parking during business hours. I wish I could give them zero stars .the staff is very rude the front desk and the medical staff doesn't communicate I had a appointment and when I got there the tech told me they couldn't see me and had to pick up the child from school how professional right. Maybe because they has me Waiting 30 minutes or maybe is the front desk greeted me instead of paying me no mind .they finally told me he couldn't see me and lied and said I was late. So i Asked the manager write me a letter that I was there she told me " i am busy right now, after waiting another 30 minutes, i went to ask about my letter , and the manager told me " well I'm busy if you wanna type the letter self " very rudely, she then told The front desk get this bitch out of here under her breath and threw the letter at Me and walked off. I've never felt so Degraded and humiliated in a doctors office in my life. If your insurance offers another imaging center as an option, I highly recommend not trusting this place with any of your required tests and/or exams. I have never been more uncomfortable with a medical professional. For something as an intrusive as an ultrasound, I am still taken aback by the unprofessionalism of the technician. read more

GREAT SERVICE!!! The employees at the front desk and on the phone are very kind, patient and helpful. Today was my second visit to the center and I was treated well even though I was a bit late (I called). Coming from a different borough, I got a bit turned around. ..anyhoo, once there I filled out the paperwork and was seen immediately. The technician was lovely and knowledgable. She let me know that if I needed her, to let her know and how long the procedure would take. I sang quite a few praise and worship songs, being that it took around twenty minutes. After getting dressed and on my way out to the lobby, I made sure to let the office manager know how pleased I was with the service during my second visit and to keep up the good work. P. S. For my first visit, I had to bring my toddler and they kept her entertained while I had the procedure done. The employees of Williamsburg Medical Imaging ROCK!!! Thanks again to them for all that they do to help people who need their services. It is an extremely busy office and it is always packed with patients. read more

The ineptitude of this place is through the roof! Had a CT scan done for surgery and they had two weeks to send it to the surgeon and never sent it. Now I'm trying to get the Reports sent to an new Doctor and I've been calling them for two days to try and get them faxed over and still they never fax them over. They keep telling me they're "I'm it doing right now"when I'm on the phone with them but never end up actual doing it. Honestly don't know how they are still in business. I have no opinion of the radiographers, techs, nurses, or anyone who actually could have helped me with my medical issue because I didnt even get that to that point. I do, however, have very negative opinions about how the office is being run and its starts with the office manager Judy. Crossing my T's I called last night to see whether I had a co-pay. I got Judy. Before she even respinded she was sighing loudly as if I was such a annoyance for calling. Judy said I had a thousand dollar deductible. I was pretty sure that I didnt so I asked her if she was sure. She said she was looking at my policy and that I indeed had to pay. I even asked if there was a payment plan. Of course there is not. So I cancelled my appointment. I then called my insurance company. They said I absolutely did not. So I called back and spoke with Stephanie. She was very kind. She said clearly I don't and that Judy was looking at the max amount in copays. I get it. It was a mistake. I asked to speak to Judy. Stephanie said she would not take my call. Stephanie apologized for Judy who could not personally own up to her careless mistake. Fast forward to this morning when I was told I would have to sit and drink for 2 hours before even making it to the back. I said noone told me that and that if they had I would've set more time aside. The girl played the blame game about who should've told me and even tried to say it was only evident from my paperwork, which was a lie because the appointment always included contrast. There was no apology, no attempt to reschedule. They run that front desk as if the patients are not their problem and that it means nothing to lose them. read more

since i have been going to radiology centers for years this is one of the nicer ones i have seen too, i went for an MRI waited for about 25 min or so. the MRI tech was very friendly and i got a CD of the images within 5 min of the scan being done, very good experience overall ! read more

I've been going to this facility for 6 years now. I have to say they have tremendously improved their service. The front desk staff i can't express how friendly and courteous they are. If you call in after your exams and ask for them to resend they do it without hesitating...i must of called them 4 times because for some reason my doctors fax wasn't working, so every time i called them they kindly said they would refax. I called them one last time to fax to another doctor and they gave me absolutely no problem. Yes, sometimes the wait is a bit longer, but if you go early in the morning or after 1pm it seems to move faster. But here in NY waiting is nothing new...I have to definately give this facility a high five for improving their service and hiring a great staff. read more
