During our travels we stopped by to see what this outlet mall had to offer. This premium outlet is huge, with many name-brand stores. What stuck out the most to me while here was the cleanliness and great layout. It always seems super busy, but we always seem to get lucky with parking. Due to the way all the stores wrap around the parking lot, you can always find a stall without having to walk far! Just be careful to watch for pedestrians! They sometimes seem to come from nowhere. One unique gem is a game and calendar shop in the corner called Go! Calendars, Games & Toys. This is where my son and I like to look for our next new board game each time we visit. The board games are current, but they also have classic games that we are all familiar with. The store even has toys for little kids so we were able to get a little Christmas shopping done, too! read more

This has to be the largest outlet location that I've been to. There are so many great stores here. My favorites are Kate Spade, Nike, Adidas, Gap and The North Face. A really neat outlet mall that I always try to get to but don't go as often. They have a variety of shops but lack food places. If they would just add a few food spots this would a great shopping location. Almost every time I shop here they have great deals one of my fav. stores to visit are the kitchen ones b/c they have such great deals on ceramic cookware that is otherwise really expensive. As outlets malls go, this is the largest you've ever been to. Also has some unique stores, for instance the only Lladro outlet in the country. Still...that $hit is expensive. Last year I found some great deals here...this year not so much. Timing is everything. Last year it was also William and Mary homecoming, and it was crowded as all get out. Not an unpleasant way to spend a day. There's a food court, but I didn't go in it so don't know what they offer to keep your blood sugar up so you can keep shopping. read more

The Williamsburg outlets are such a great place to stroll around and shop. The layout of the outlets is spread out nicely with lots of parking. The outlets are also armed with plenty of conveniences like benches to sit at if you need to rest and massage chairs to relax in. They have a few really great places to eat in case you work up an appetite. The only thing missing is a play area for kids to run around in. Alot of newer Outlet shopping centers are starting to incorporate these so It would be great to see Williamsburg do this as well. Overall, I always enjoy my time here. read more

I honestly wasn't a fan of Williamsburg Outlets back in the day, about ten years ago. It was just another OK/average place. But with time of course, this place has just developed and gotten better, which I love! The outlets are easy to find, and if you go on the weekdays, there is ample parking. Weekends, you'll have to circle a bit more, holidays - good luck, Black Friday - forget it! (One I year I came at 6am on Black Friday, the lot was full and I was being directed to a different site, and told that people are getting shuttled here. No thanks, it's not that serious.) But then again, it was the busiest shopping day of the year. Anyway, the star is docked for the food court - can we say "Booooo?" I would definitely dine elsewhere. If you're super hungry, just grab a pretzel or some other snack to hold you down until you can eat at another establishment. Store-wise - this is where they've definitely improved - some stores have moved and expanded - can we say Michael Kors & Coach?! My current favorite stores are Kate Spade & New Balance. You'll definitely find at least a few stores here that you like - Sports wear, intimate wear, dressy stores, casual stores, handbags, accessories, kids, kitchen, everything; there's definitely something for everyone! read more

1. This is not a true "outlet" mall. Prices here are higher that regular stores. I drove all the way from Eastern shore to this mail as they advertise outlet prices. 2. Sat down on one of their park benches, and beneath the bench were hypodermic needles. 3. Spouse and I walked down just 5 stores only to be intimidated by some of the shoppers there. We got scared, so we left. So essentially if you are looking for a safe shopping environment, and outlet prices, you might want to rethink coming here. read more

This place is huge! At least, is a lot bigger than I expected. There's a little something for everyone here, and I appreciated the food court and connecting Food Lion for convenience. One drawback for me is the big selection of high-end stores (I prefer mid to super cheap range, hah) that I wouldn't ever consider, but that's what you get with outlets. Actually, a few of the stores I thought would be a little pricey ended up having some great deals!! With a little bargain hunting, anyone can find something here. Only really annoying thing was the map system- it's outdated, and from what I could tell- it's upside down!!! So weird. You had to gain your bearings by flipping it in your mind. Williamsburg Outlets = Hit or Miss On my visit this past weekend I was specifically looking for: Nike Roshes, joggers, casual button up shirts, and work out clothes; I ended up leaving with some shorts and t shirt. I think the term outlets can be a little bit deceiving. Not everything at the outlets is on sale and or mark downed. There were several occasions where I wanted to buy something but it wasn't on sale and you could find the same item at say Short Pump Mall for the same price. My favorite stores to visit include: Nike, New Balance, Gap, Zumiez, PacSun, Finish Line, and Levis. I think the majority of the people come here for the high end/designer brands, which I am not really into. They have a wide variety of stores here besides clothes too like: sunglasses, sheets, cell phone accessories, shoes, luggage, jewelry, and home furnishings. I think sometimes you could probably find half the stuff at the outlets at your local TJ Maxx or Marshals, you just gotta rummage through all their inventory. Do yourself a favor and don't eat at the food court if you can, they have a unsatisfactory selection and it just looks sticky in there. read more

I'm in love and this entire place. It makes me really happy. Right now, I'm jumping for joy. I can spend the entire day here shopping. Yeah right, I am a shopaholic and it gives me joy. Shopping is a form of art and its also therapeutic.. LOL Seriously, this place is ideal for holiday shopping. Almost everything is here from high end to mid-class brand. The entire shopping center caters loads of different quality brands such clothing, shoes, fragrances and cosmetics, toys, and kitchen wares. These outlets are spectacular with so many offers and probably one of the busiest shopping center I have ever seen. Who doesn't want discounts anyway? You may find the following brands stated below. -BURBERRY / RALPH LAUREN / DKNY / CALVIN KLEIN / J.CREW / TOMMY HILFIGER / NAUTICA -MICHAEL KORS / COACH Although it can be daunting to come here because you definitely can throw some cash. These outlets are amazing. Granted it's really really busy and if you come during this time of year (before Thanksgiving) when there are tons of holiday sales and such it is crazy with no parking, still, you can get great deals. They have all my favorite stores: Coach, White House Black Market, Banana Republic, Nike, New Balance, Nautica, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Eddie Bauer, Calvin Klein, Ann Taylor, etc. etc. It's good stuff. I like to come at least once a year with my mom and spend the entire day. I always seem to come around the holidays so it's crazy but I have been once or twice before where it was in the middle of the summer and that was pretty nice. It's a large shopping area with plenty of walking and since parking is a chore most people park and walk to everything so it's a bit of a hike if you plan to go in all the stores. You can get some great deals though. read more

Your typical outlet experience. This trip I'll just comment on the food court. Sbarro, Sutler's BBQ and China Max. Not much options. Luckily my daughter just wanted pepperoni pizza and there was one left. I guess it hurts the food court that there are so many eateries to drive to that aren't that far away and much better quality. This place should be more of a snack court for those who need something just to get through their shopping. The shopping is the same as most others outlets. Since I'm closer to Norfolk, I go there but I feel since it's newer it has a few better amenities - play areas, better layout, etc. but Williamsburg has been around for a while and continues to upgrade and/or re-invent itself. I have been here before but never in the summer time. Anyway if you are active duty or retired military you have to go, especially when they are having big sales because not only do you get the sale price, you also get the military discount too (in most stores). I had $120.00 on me and came outta there with some great deals. Ill be back. I was surprised at the number of available parking, we had no problem finding a space as this has been reported by yelpers in the past. The food court is horrible, only 3 restaurants. (Sabaro;s, China Wok, and some sandwich shop which is really good). Anyway it was air conditioned, no long lines and decent price. Nice selections of shops and the eye candy is awesome! The bathroom are everywhere and very clean. Food court is clean as well. People who work are courtous. They do a very good job in this place. Whoever designed the layout of parking should be fired. It's awful. Everyone fights for the spots right in front of the stores, the way the stores are lined up, parking weaves in weird spaces. We parked in a strange lot behind the outlets. The road was narrow, so you were driving in the fire lane half the time. There was a one way parking lane that ended in a barrier, so everyone including us had to awkwardly back their way out to find another place. The stores are your run of the mill outlet stores. Our resort gave us a voucher to take to the service desk in the food court, to receive sales. The food court, you would normally think, would be located in a central spot. Not really. The food court is barely a food court; I think it had about three food places. The voucher they gave us DID have good deals for various stores in the outlets, though. My husband and I made out with almost $200 worth of stuff at the Puma outlet for only $41! read more

Outlets can be so frustrating. Sometimes, they are really just regular stores, without any deals or discounts. Other times, they are factory stores that sell sub par merchandise. It's always a crapshoot. But Prime Outlets is worth the drive because you might just find yourself in luck. Not all of the outlets are good, but there are a few that are amazing. I love the BCBG outlet. I've gotten many adorable special occasion dresses there for under $50. Pretty much everything in the store is discounted 40 to 80 percent. The Coach Outlet is pretty good, too. You won't get a steal, but their merchandise is nice. I wouldn't get too excited about the Gap and Banana Republic stores. There is definitely a reason those clothes are marked down (they weren't cute enough for the real stores). Kenneth Cole has fabulous high-end shoes, usually marked down. I wouldn't go to these outlets looking for something in particular (except for maybe the dresses at BCBG). But if you are just up for a day of shopping and browsing stores that have a different selection that the local shopping malls, you will want to spend the day at Prime Outlets. outlets can be good and they can be bad. i shop outlets all over and these are in the middle. they have a lot of stores but the prices aren't as good as they should be considering this is a massive outlet. i usually shop this tommy bahama, johnson and murphy, and sunglass hut. they need to have more food options and some fun events. when i went sunday night all the food places were closed. the puma store was interesting and the north face had good deals. read more

There are over 135 stores here including some high end stores like Michael Kors, Coach, Waterford, plus so many more. I love this place! When we are in the area this is of course a must place to stop! Of course! Parking is not an issue and the area is nice and clean very well cared for. You can find so many deals here until it's just crazy! I will say that I went online and got a free pass for a day for additional savings which worked out great. If you are military be sure to ask stores as most give discounts...if you are like me you want to save money when you can. They have a food court and it's nice with choices to appeal to most. If you are school shopping this is a good place. I wouldn't recommend coming during the holidays unless you are good with extremely large crowds. My favorite shop is the Harry & David omg going into this store is like yes! Mostly samples on some items before you buy. This outlet plaza has a ton of stores, top brands, good variety, and pretty good prices (varies by store). I will echo the complaint that there is both a lot of parking and not enough at holiday times. If you come on a busy shopping day, I would recommend being patient and circle, but obviously we all have a limit to that. I do think it's worth it because you'll find some store you'll like. I've been a couple of times and haven't even visited all the stores, so if you CAN park, where comfortable shoes and try to look at a map of where your top priority stores are first, then see what else you can get to. read more

I came to the outlets over the holiday season and 2019. I had not been since maybe 2012. My family and I were on our way to Busch Gardens figured we stop for some light shopping. There are really so many stores here. But not as many that I like to shop at. There is a Kate spade which is a huge plus plus in my book. And there's a Nike outlet that my husband really likes. He said the discounts were a lot better than the one at the Norfolk outlets.I went into the fragrance outlet hoping to maybe get a new perfume and was surprised that the prices are pretty much the same as those in there department stores. Not much of a discount at all except buy one get one half off. There was a children's place as well but I did not get to go in there I was hoping to maybe find some deals but really children's place anywhere always has deals going on. Anyway this outlet is a cool place to come for a day of light shopping, walking around, and finding some cool deals. Trust me you will walk a lot! And the stores are outdoors but the indoor is pretty warm so dress accordingly! read more

The set up was probably the worse. It looks like they created a small strip mall then decided to expand, then expand, then expand. I didn't like the set up. The stores are so close to the street, so you really have to keep your little ones near you. I prefer the outlets do not face the street. We decided to get out of DC before the storm trapped us there. Williamburg had snow but not all the complications that we knew were at home. We made a few trips to the outlets. The discounts vary from store to store. There was a large selection of stores to choose from. The property was plowed quickly and we were able to return to the stores when the roads were cleared. There is plenty of parking. When you check in on Yelp, your offer is a ticket brochure available in the management office. Most stores have coupons in the brochure. read more
