2nd time the ceiling was leaking... have a bucket catching the water, and knowing maintenance it will take a month to fix
    Nichole B.

Barely had any issues after they fixed our leaking bathroom sink and sagging ceiling from the air conditioner. That is if you dont count the flooding washing machine where we had to replace a section of the carpet multiple times, or the shotty windows where we've had to use duct tape in order to not make our home look like something out of Jumanji (RIP Robin Williams) or The Amazon Rainforest . The maintenance crew here is very thorough, making sure you call at least 3 times before doing anything. So all in all they can FUCK ME IN THE ASS with their high prices and poor maintenance.....

Let me first say 1200 dollars a month is what the cost of this apartment is after all of the hidden charges they don't tell you about when you sign the lease. Maintenance is non-existent and you receive an eviction notice if you are 3 days late on your rent. Your gas bill in the winter will be 250 to 300 dollars because the windows are faulty, you can literally see the blinds move when the wind blows. the locks on the door are broken the drawers in the kitchen are broken all of the faucets in the bathroom are broken there are visible water stains and damage in the downstairs and the ceiling literally looks as if it's going to cave in. Furthermore your electric bill will increase by at least 50 percent because the dryer takes approximately 2 hours to dry one medium load of laundry. The pool is average however it is filthy and maintenance depends on the residents to take care of it. Anyone who has ever seen the Tom Hanks film the money pit will know exactly what I'm talking about if they move into this building.. If you are dumb enough to sign a lease with this place please know after your lease is up if you wish to resign you will be charged $200 extra month for a 10 month lease or a whopping $500 more a month to sign a month to month lease at that rate you will pay 1500 dollars a month not including any extra charges they hide in there.. For only 950 dollars a month not including all utilities with a much better pool and view and balcony you can live in a bigger apartment at the Eaton Ridge Apartments on Northfield Road please take this into consideration.... I have never posted anything negative on this site about any place I have visited that is how strongly I feel about informing the general public before they make a huge decision and mistake when renting in this place.

Floor in my kitchen totally discolored.

Another highlight is the amenities; we have multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), a nice workout facility, tennis courts and even a lake for fishing!

Having come from Williamsburg townhouses and the endless nightmares we had to endure there, we are so happy to be here!

We were told we would not be able to see the apt before paying the deposit which I know is standard for most places. When we arrived to move in, the apt reeked of cigarette smoke. My eyes were burning and the smell was awful. The apt door didn't even have a nonsmoking sign on it. I informed the manager and she repeatedly denied anyone smoking in that room. The next day I saw a nonsmoking sign placed on my door. To add on to that, I found pieces of dog food on the carpet which was another reason for my allergies. The manager even said she personally knew the previous tenant and was sure he did not smoke or have pets. The cabinets had a layer of dust on them. I should've been paid for the amount hours I spent cleaning the apt. We notified corporate and a lady came to inspect the room. I gave her the evidence of the pet food I found on the floor, nails, and empty prescription box found in the bathroom along with pictures of the amount of dust on the cabinets. The lady denied any smell. This could be because the management had done a carpet cleaning and put in scented air filters prior to her checking the room. However, I felt as if they were blaming me for making everything up. Needless to say corporate didn't do anything either besides possibly reprimanding the staff. I doubt that even happened as they have not changed one bit. After two months we were finally able to move to a different apt after inspecting it myself for issues of course. I would've gladly driven the 1hr+ to work from the Spruce Run location as opposed to 25min drive if had known I would have to go through all this. It should not be this hard to resolve these issues. The maintenance staff have been rude at times and take their sweet time to come fix even an emergent issue. In addition, I had to ask them to change my AC filter. As of yet, they have not come to change the filters or do room checks which is done routinely at the Spruce Run location. If they had done routine room checks, they would have picked up on the marijuana that was being used by someone in my floor months ago. I had to tell the maintenance man who was present in my building one day claiming he was doing room checks of this matter. It's been a miserable experience working with these people and I can't wait to leave. I suggest to save yourself from this headache and stay somewhere else.
