I would leave zero stars if I could. I currently live in one of the rentals "managed" by this company and I didn't even wanna leave a review until I moved out, but I fear I need to warn people before they get involved with this place. I will be making a longer more detailed review of every little thing once I'm moved out of here (for my safety since I still live here) but Joe is one of the most unprofessional "landlords" I've ever dealt with. Just one example of an interaction with this guy...he called our neighbors "b*tching women" when discussing a complaint with my husband, then proceeded to call my husband a "motherf*cker" during a disagreement about our lack of a parking situation. I included a screenshot FROM THE ALLRENTAL WEBSITE claiming that Joe does "routine site inspections" and "proactive maintenance" which is laughable. This man will nickel and dime you and cut corners at all costs. He came by to "fix" our toilet and complain about how much water our whole unit uses...then we had to correct what he "fixed" in the toilet because it wouldn't stop running. At this point, I can't say much more...but we will be getting out of here ASAP and we will be contacting the BBB and any routes necessary to let the public know about the shady business practice that Joe runs.
