Their technician replaced this spring with the same type (250 lb. x 32 spring), but he indicated that given the weight of the wooden door, a heavier spring should have been installed back in 2022. At that point, I even reached out directly to Norris, the technician who originally came out to measure my door, because I still had his number from when he called before the appointment. I explained that I was disappointed with the lack of communication, and he responded saying he would have Alex call me. Once again, no one ever followed up. For a project that costs thousands of dollars, communication and follow-through matter. I understand companies get busy, but repeatedly promising callbacks that never happen is frustrating and discouraging as a customer who was ready to move forward.
