I get my prescription filled every month right around the same day each month, I've dealt with her on multiple occasions and has been rude, disrespectful and nasty to me almost everytime I've went to fill my script ( especially if there were issues or questions about it) this month was the worse! May 22nd 2026 I had my dr send over my prescription and they asked for it to be filled today as I wa leaving out of town and needed to pick it update rather than tomorrow. This became a WHOLE ISSUE apparently, I called and asked why they were you refusing to fill my prescription and explained I needed it today ( to clarify my insurance covers my medication to be filled and picked up 2 days before the 30 day marks ) it was abnormal for me to pick my medication up on the 28th day of my months considering the type of medication it is and I have to leave my town to go there to pick up. Anyway, they returned my call over an hour later, Ethel was immediately rude to me, talking down on me when I was being polite and just trying to figure this out, she claimed my insurance needed to prove this request because it was before fill date ( in her mind ) so I called my i immediately after and spoke to the women who told me, my medication that I've been on for 6 years was approved to be picked up on day 28 every month and that Ethel didn't even try to run the medication on her end. My insurance offered to call them and speak to her. They got back to me and said " I spoke with Ethel, she said that this would be the ONLY time she would fill this medication and she would refuse todo it anymore after this" so here I am confused on why this women thinks she has ANY say about my medication. She thinks she own this pharmacy , she thinks she's a fucking doctor apparently because she is still in there thinking she can tell people when they can pick up there medication even though MY DOCTOR AND INSURANCE APPROVED IT. I wish now that I would have went elsewhere. I walked in and went to the area they had setup for customer service. Told them that all I wanted to do was exchange it for exactly what I had. They kept the item and I went back to the electronics department to find my replacement. I searched and searched and searched for a replacement. I wasn't seeing what I needed. I went to look for an associate to see if I am just blind or if they were indeed out of the item. When I saw an associate I went over and asked if I could get some help. It was a bit funny, I had asked one and had two come to help me. When I pointed out the item that I needed she used her little scanner thing and scanned the peg. Her database was telling her that there were two of them in stock. But not on the peg. We looked through every peg as a just in case. Nothing. Walked the department to make sure there wasn't a display with them on, nothing. Then the truth comes out. They had no one with knowledge of the department currently working. So even though the associate was answering my questions, her knowledge of the department was nil. She was just giving a blanket answer. Working retail prior in my life I would have gone to the back to check and see if it was just sitting on a shelf waiting to be placed on the floor. Or at least that's what I used to do when working. We would constantly pull items from the back to see if they could go out, if they didn't, they just went back to the back. I ended up just buying the charging cord that was shorter because it was needed and I didn't have any other time to stop elsewhere before reaching my destination. Went to the front and told the associate I was dealing with what the situation is. This is the irritating part. For me exchanging an item that was damaged to no fault of my own and having to get an item that was similar but not exact, I could receive the difference back to me via put back on my debit card (which is my money and basically cash in these days) or I could receive it back as store credit. For real, you think I want to carry around a gift card with like two dollars on it. I guess I'll just wait the three to five business days for it to show back up in my banking account.
