She ultimately printed the 4x4 that I needed, but we were unable to locate the 8x10 that I was missing from my order. She did not refund me for the 8x10 (even though I paid for it) and only said that we were "even" for the 4x4 that she printed for me. Last year I had my picture Christmas cards printed at the same location and I was disappointed by the quality and the fact that they were slightly "off" when they were cropped. They offer to contact my insurance and doctor whenever an issue arises rather than telling me to do it myself, as I have been told when going to chain pharmacies. The wait time is very short and my medications are always in stock. The pharmacists here are also very knowledgable and actually have the time to talk to me. I don't know why I didn't try this pharmacy sooner!
