DR. MENDLESON, THE CAT YOU REFUSED TO TREAT IS DEAD AND SUFFERED UNECCESSARILY! I've been a client at this vet for 40 years and my parents even "longer" than Dr. Wolf has been there. Dr. Longer founded it and I am sure he is rolling over in his grave right now as his practice went from top notch to "one star". They don't even deserve that as Dr. Mendleson AGAIN refused to treat my cat. This is the third cat she has refused (I only begged her out of desperation because she is only 1 of 2 vets that do dental work and the other was unavailable as usual because he's kind and more qualified). The first 2 cats she refused in the past, I had to take to multiple ER dentists and spent thousands while I watched my cats suffer. YES, SHE HAD OPENINGS BECAUSE MULTIPLE RECEPTIONISTS TOLD ME SO. The third cat was not so lucky. Mendleson rejected me AND MORE IMPORTANTLY my cat. I was heartbroken watching my cat suffer (and recently losing my 12 yr old rescue pit and 90 year old great aunt last week). Not knowing what to do, I AGAIN rushed my cat to ER vets and spent thousands but it was too late and now MY CAT IS DEAD. (Even the vet dental specialists who charge $5,000 said they didn't have an opening for 7-10 days!) This is just the last straw. A few years back I took my diabetic dog, Rocky, to see Dr. Wolf right before the memorial day holiday. Rocky wasn't eating and Dr. Wolf told us he probably just ate something funny and sent us on our way without even checking his sugar levels. By the next day, Rocky couldn't stand up and, being the holiday weekend, we had to rush him to an ER vet in PA, spend thousands and Rocky died in unfamiliar, stressful surroundings rather than at our local vet or home. Most of their assistants and technicians are exceptional, and half of their front desk staff, but what good is that when the ego maniac doctors call the shots. Don't be fooled because you get good service from receptionists or techs cause, in the end, you have to deal with their doctors. Dr. Daniels is amazing (he came from Columbus Central Animal Hospital which I recommend as they took me right in and were willing to squeeze in ER surgery but it was too late as I wasted precious time relying on my regular vet- NO LONGER) but he is always booked because of it. Dr. Rabin is a doll but she doesn't do dentals or surgeries I usually need for my special needs rescues but she's great for general appointments. Torline is very qualified but he is cold. He will diagnose properly, prescribe meds, shuffle you on and not even show you how to administer or apply the medication. Dr. Wolf is mush with no backbone so he allows the wicked Dr. Mendleson to run the show and he can't give bad news so he is useless. (If my dog is dying, I am paying you to tell me and that is your job! He'd rather spare HIMSELF the stress and awkwardness of breaking the bad news and allow your dog to suffer physically, and your family to suffer emotionally and even more financially with ER visits after the fact.) Their specialist, Dr. Garzotto, might be good but I never met her. Goldstein I had only once and she seemed nice and qualified but she doesn't do the dentals or other surgeries many of us need that do serious rescue. Dr. Karwacki I have mixed emotions about. She put a rescue cat of mine through unnecessary stress because, even after I explained the cat has chronic congestion as he has bartonella and an unknown virus (which he has been on antibiotics and antivirals for and still is years later) she refused to neuter him cause he sneezed. I begged her to do it so I didn't have to stress cat out again with fasting and car rides AND because I know from experience, the male cats especially, must be fixed ASAP or they become life-long sprayers. Luigi has been spraying all over my house for years now so thank you Dr. Karwacki! My entire house has to be covered with pee pads and I spend half my day washing pads and scrubbing floors and walls. I do feel Karwacki does care about the animals BUT she treated me like I was a bad fur mom yet I have seen people abandon 12+ old large breed dogs to her and she is nicer to them! I could go on but I don't have all day. Mendleson is knitting while I'm trying to rescue stray and feral cats and clean up our community. You want a decent vet, try Columbus Central Vet Hospital instead of Willingboro. They aren't what they used to be and I am sorry Dr. Longer cause I loved you but this truth must be told. This Vet Clinic is one of the best I've ever been to and I've dogs all my life! During my last emergency visit, I brought in my crying, shaking 13+ year old male Pom dog and we were treated by Dr. Torline who we have seen before. Dr. Torline originally diagnosed my pet with a heart murmur and enlarged heart - he even took the time to show me his heart on an x-ray. Since then we've had an Echocardiogram from a cardiologist to fully determine his diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Now he's on 2 meds that are working really well (eliminated his constant cough) thanks to Dr T's original diagnosis! During our recent visit, Dr T and his wonderful staff took great care of my pet immediately with speed due to his shaking and crying. Dr. T did a thorough exam and determined he was having severe back spasms. The vet techs did a quick laser treatment and we left with more meds. Within 24 hours we saw significant improvement and by 48 hours he was almost back to normal all thanks to the talented and kind staff at Willingboro. As an FYI, all staff and docs during all visits have been attentive (except 1x they literally forgot us in the waiting room, but they were extremely busy) and spot on with diagnoses and treatments. Willingboro Veterinary Clinic is absolutely outstanding. In my book, the best! The staff is committed and the Vets are superior! I have been to other clinics. My husband and I both agree that we will no longer go where it is convenient. We will take the drive to Willingboro from now on. My husband and I have three rescued kitties. My beloved KiKi was suddenly sick. She stopped eating, began running a fever, and was listless. I called several clinics-no appointments possible. I even called the vet clinic that is within walking distance from my home. That clinic didn't even bother to return my call. Willingboro was gracious enough to see my cat due to a cancellation. The staff was welcoming! Superior customer care! Kiki was treated by Dr. Michael Torline who gave me options in regards to KiKi's treatment. After being treated by Dr. Torline and the twenty-minute ride home, KiKi was finally hungry, ate something, and was back to her loving self within two days. I am so grateful to Willingboro Veterinary Clinic. I am scheduling wellness visits for my other two kitties! read more

We have been using Willingboro Veterinary Clinic for our cat's care for many years. Their veterinary staff has always been wonderful and made time to answer the many questions we have had about visits, procedures and medications. They have also seen us on a walk in basis when we had a medical emergency. Dr. Torline was gentle and a good counsel when it was time to euthanize one of our cats which was a huge help at a difficult time. Dr. Daniels and Dr. Rabin both provided excellent and compassionate care as well. Dr. Karwacki assisted us with finding a rescue group for a pregnant stray and Willingboro worked with the rescue group to care for both mother and kittens. The support staff at the clinic have always been kind and often times gone above and beyond what you may find elsewhere. We recently moved and Willingboro staff assisted with records transfers to make the transition easier. We miss our wonderful vets and all who are part of the Willingboro care team. We appreciate all the excellent care everyone provided to our cats and to our family. We miss you all! read more

I had to take my cat in as he was having breathing issues. We were attended to quickly when we got in. A few days later my cat took a turn for the worst and we had to rush him back in. Dr. Rabin (who initially saw my cat) was still there and then tended to him immediately. We had to take him elsewhere for emergency care and unfortunately he didn't make it. The next day I received a call from Dr. Rabin who consoled me with having to put my cat down. She talked to me for over 20 minutes. It was really a comfort. Also one of the receptionist, Ivonne D. was very helpful in getting me the address of the emergency care place I needed to take him too and had even asked Dr Rabin what happened the next day. It was nice to know that she was even thinking about me and my cat. So I have to say care was A+, being attentive was A+ and if/when I have needs for the vet again, I will absolutely be taking my pet there. Thank you all for your help and care. Kim R. read more

I've been using Willingboro Veterinary Clinic for 2 years and I would never dream of changing vets. They're always so friendly and accommodating, I never have a problem getting an appointment within that works for me. And when I show up for appointments I'm not left waiting very long. Sometimes I'm early and they even take me before my appointment time. They're always kind to my cats. One time my cat got really sick on the drive up (motion sickness) and they allowed us to use a room to clean the cat and carrier. And an employee even helped with the cleaning! This team of knowledgeable and dedicated Vets go above and beyond to accommodate patients and caregivers on a consistent basis. They are friendly, compassionate, and readily available when you call with an urgent issue. They never rush you when you have too many questions, are highly tolerant of anxious humans, reassuring of concerns, and even follow up on sick pets, or after any procedure. The fees are very reasonable, and the appointments are on time; I would not trust another practice with my pet's health care, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants every trip to the Vet to be a positive experience! read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Wolf and his wonderful staff. They are hands down, the best veterinary practice in the state of New Jersey. Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, honest, and true to their word. Dr. Wolf always goes above and beyond, from returning clients phone calls, to urgently filling medicines on a short moments notice. All (3) of my cats were once very sick, and needed urgent care. A group of people that love animals! What a great clinic! There is a choice of six veterinarians so they can usually see you same day or next day, if needed. They do surgeries that many clinics don't offer including extensive dental surgeries that won't break the bank like some other places. One of the vets does house visits which I use for my cats because we all know cats HATE leaving the comforts of home :) Plus they help the community by being involved in rescue work and rabies clinics in our area! The Veterinarians and staff @ Willingboro Vet Clinic have always been wonderful to our pets. They take the time to address any and all concerns & do a very thorough exam on our dogs. They are very thorough in explaining any conditions and questions regarding our pets' medications. I have to rescind my original post as Willingboro Vet came through as they have every time before. They immediately recognized that my dog, Pooh was far more ill than I had realized and insisted that I bring her in immediately. They nurse and the vet were correct in their initial diagnosis and Pooh received a life saving emergency surgery. We have worked out payments and Pooh is now Home recovering. I absolutely LOVE the Vets, LOVE the techs, LOVE the staff! They all go above and beyond when it comes to the care and treatment of my furry family members. When my Scottie, a Westie, passed and 2 years later my Sweetie, Lab/Chow, had to be put down....they let me stay as long as I needed to say goodbye, the staff checked on me, the vet did as well. I have been coming to Willingboro Veterinary Clinic since 1988. The staff there is wonderful. You never have to wait on hold for long when calling with a question or for an appointment. You are usually seen promptly at or before your appointment time. The doctors are willing to spend as much time as needed to make sure your pets are attended properly and all of your questions are answered.
