The staff is knowledgeable but I've found them to be less-than-accommodating. They sort of act like the customer is a bit of a burden. I've been in a few times, always in the evenings, and always get the vibe that my presence is bothering them. I will say they made the process of renting a band instrument quite easy (hence the higher rating).
