It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. I have had no issues with letting them handle my Italian wool suits.

Though a bit complicated to get started, Claire greeted me when I walked in, and walked me through purchasing credits, choosing the right machine, and hooking up to wifi so I could work. She greeted everyone as they entered and checked on people while she cleaned the machines. A fantastic gal. This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. They also have a wash and fold service that I'm sure to take advantage of in the future.

I have yet to find a place that is reliable and upfront with their prices, and was pleased when Twins was able to give me at least an ESTIMATE of the cost prior to showing up with the dress. I know hems on dresses like this are time consuming and I have no problem paying whatever it costs, but the lack of transparency is always problematic for me. They did a wonderful job with the dress - it looks great and cost $95 for a hem (this was a lot of fabric and two layered, FWIW) and a shoulder strap adjustment. I am happy with the results and the dress was ready in a week! I will be back for future alteration needs. Of the 5 washers I used, 4 of them worked just fine. 1 skipped from wash to spin and never rinsed the soap out. There is no employee or attendant present at the laundromat and no way to set the machines to just run on rinse and spin. Disappointed with that as it was one of the more expensive, jumbo washing machines. Overall it was clean inside, not crowded at all, and had plenty of carts and folding tables. Also it is like one million degrees in there - prepare to sweat! We couldn't bear the heat and took most of our laundry home to fold rather than folding it there.

They are also really up to date with technology, including their app that keeps track of order and notifies you when they are ready via app and text. They also have a kiosk for drop off and pick up available 24/7. I also believe they have pick up and drop off service to your home as well. Another plus is that they also have frequent coupons. So far they are my favorite dry cleaning experience in town.

My clothes were neatly folded and wrapped in a secure plastic bag and than was put into a regular super kleen laundry bag. The machines smell horrible. On my first time here I did not realize the door automatically locked at 11. My clothes took forever to dry and I ran out to my car to get an extra laundry bag to pack them in. When I walked back I could not get into the laundromat. I called the owner several times and I got no response. When I looked on the door I saw in super small print that the door automatically locks. I did not know and I accept that was my mistake. The door also says that it opens at 6am so then next morning I arrive at 6 am hoping to get my stuff and not one is here and the door remains locked. I have called the number multiple times no response. Laundry is not cheap and at the very least the owner should be responsive to inquiries. Further more, the owner blocked my number instead of responding.
