This was no where close to "so fresh and clean" I went there sunday afternoon, the place was beyond packed, there were bags and bags and bags of laundry everywhere, dirty chairs...I left...people in the parking lot smoking pot, one guy inside drinking a malt liquor...I would not recommend this to anyone. This MUST be the nicest laundromat I have ever been to. The place is spotless. The staff was extremely friendly, nice, and helpful. The customers are very polite too in my experience. The staff wasn't just sitting down behind a counter, she was wiping down machines, sweeping floors and assisting customers non stop. They offer like 3 sizes of washers and dryers. Also, you use your payment (cash,card) to load a "laundry card". Each machine accepts only this kind of card. The process is simple and makes the old "counting quarters" obsolete. read more

This is wonderful place to do laundry if you're within the vicinity of the Rochester airport hotels. There are 3 locations and I'm in the laundromat located in Greece, NY. It is well lit, clean, supervised by a caring human and open late. (Last load is 10pm) My pet peeve about laundromats are usually the change machines, for starters. Amazingly enough, the change machines are fully functional, 3 change machines to be exact. There's a little bit of a learning curve to operating these but the supervisor will help you. You can also drop-off if you can't be bothered. There are plenty of machines of various sizes which are spotless, plenty of seating and free wifi. There are vending machines for detergent and a separate one for drinks and snacks, again fully stocked! This is by far is the most well-run laundromat I have ever encountered in all my years of travel! read more

Absolutely rude The employee that worked on Monday, 01/03/22 at 5:04 pm is absolutely rude. She is a light-skin older thin female. She is absolutely miserable, disrespectful, and absolutely rude. She doesn't know customer service or how to treat people. I stepped over a small puddle of water and she immediately yelled at me for doing it. Well, it's snowing outside, of course the floor will be wet. I apologize to her regarding that and went on my merry way. Since that point, she has been targeting me in the building. Like why. She moved my cart to the other side without my permission, and told me to move because she has to mop up the area. I explained to her that I am going to have to add bleach in a moment. She told me, in a very nasty way to add it now; don't wait. She also stated that she works here and knows everything. Ok, but I would like to add it when it's best for me, and please don't tell me how to wash my clothes. She yelled at me, and told me that she didn't appreciate me stepping over the puddle of water. I again apologized for doing that and told her that it was a small (literally 3 inch wide) area of water where I stepped over. I told her that she was being rude and her tone isn't called for. I asked for the owners information, and I called a couple of times before I was able to get through. I explain the situation before the cal dropped. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail and went back inside the building to wait for my laundry. This employee started talking about me to other patrons in the building. SERIOUSLY?!?! It's 2022, and I am determined to make it good; so I didn't engage in conversation with her. She then got on the phone, and was talking extremely loud; was it towards me? I have no idea, I heard her, but wasn't listening to her nonsense anymore. Upon leaving, she was mopping the front entrance. Ok, I'm trying to still be nice, I asked her where I should step (since she yelled at me from the start). She didn't respond to me. I left....permanently. Maybe this year didn't go off as she expected it to go off. She is a very nasty, miserable individual and she doesn't need to be around people. Yet; I wish her the best with her life. I won't be disrespectful, rude, or nasty to her just because of her behavior. She may be going through something, and I was the person she could lash out on. This employee has turned me completely off from this company. I won't return. I cannot return after being disrespected. The building is extremely nice and the washers/dryers are amazing. There's always a washer or dryer available for use. I highly recommend the laundromat! Just avoid the employee. read more

Haven't used laundromat in forever. I had an area rug to be cleaned. As soon as I walked in I saw how clean this establishment was. I needed lots assistance and the young managing was beyond helpful and so friendly, wish I got her name. Entire experience quick and enjoyable. I might add this woman wax continually cleaning, wiping down machines, counters and assisting customers. Will return if need arises. read more

Very negative experience today. I washed a mattress pad that I wasn't aware was water proof and the spin cycle on the washing machine didn't fully spin it out. The attendant waited until after I put in the dryer to start swearing at me about how F**** stupid I was, then proceeded to yank my mattress cover out of the dryer along the floor and throw it into a sink with debris in it. Saying I was messing up the electronics in the dryer. When I offered to mop the floor and again apologized because I didn't know the mattress cover was water proof she became irate and said I was dripping water all over the F**** floor and continued to yell and berate me. I called another store because no manager was available at this store. I am very shocked at how rude the attendant was. She felt very comfortable swearing and yelling at me and it was so upsetting. ****spoke to manager*** He was awesome and so helpful! Thank you Brian!!! read more

Super clean, spacious, bright. There are even clean bathrooms plus vending machines, many folding tables and ample seating.

Probably the best laundromat around aside from the db road you have to drive to get to it, spacious and brand new equipment, definitely overpriced though and water is COLD when you choose warm (not sure about hot , maybe I should try hot and hope for warm or at least tepid) so I deducted a star for that. read more
