She called the store and after speaking with several people, was told they would have one for her to pick up. The customer service desk was zero help, even after being informed there was a cord being held. She wouldn't even call around to check. We finally found someone who, after a few calls, got the cord. BUT does "customer service " have to be so difficult? I would never buy anything here.

American Furniture Warehouse was also unimpressive in costumer service and selection. We stopped at Holman House on a whim. We found the costumer service was fantastic. When we complained, they said they had exhausted all avenues and basically told us to get lost and call Customer Service. I did that, and sent along horrendous videos and pictures. They initially were very alarmed at my couch's condition. So we started the process all over again. But then I heard back from them, saying the "factory" said the problem was because of "usage" and all repairs would be at MY expense. This is BS!!!! Only one person sits in this couch and it is only 2 years old to have broken down as much as it has. They have totally f**d us over willingly so as not to pay for the repairs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Prices are inexpensive to moderately expensive, depending on the sales or items. Look for the 40% off coupon online. My only annoyance (besides the off customer service experience) is their greeting card selection is 98% scripture-laced.
