The two lovely ladies at the front desk were calm, collected, welcoming, and professional. The wait was not too bad. They were able to get everyone in and out within an hour and a half. There was roughly 7 or 8 people who had come in and gone since my visit. I required an EKG and chest X-ray. The young lady who first visited me was professional and reassured me along the whole process. Despite having to undress, she made me feel comfortable, which to me is a big deal! The doctor was wonderful! I wish I had caught her name. She was very detailed in her check up. She was attentive and gentle, she asked many questions, even about preexisting injury's or health concerns to ensure all the information was accurate. I have only had one other experience with accupuncture at another local practice, but I felt compelled to try another practice for a variety of reasons. Today, I knew FIM was exactly what I was looking for. Rey Anne immediately greeted me exuding friendliness and warmth. Megan at the front desk at check out was also exceptionally helpful and informative about the services offered making sure I get the most out of my visits. The facilities themself felt very clean, bright, and welcoming. I found Dr. Cesar Armoza extremely helpful. He immediately identified my posture as the source for my pain and challenges. He took the time to offer tips, suggestions and helped me understand various aspects of my treatment plan. I received a regiment of acupuncture, electrical pulses, and homeopathic injections to address my top three concerns. Immediately, I was able to find some relief and have a direction to correct the source of my pains. My masseuse, Diane, was also informative discussing areas of my inflammation and sampled a variety of techniques (cupping, hot stone, and vibration) to address my problem areas. I felt as though everyone was working as a team and everything very timely. I was never waiting and felt that they valued my time as well.
