When I pointed this out, the staff told me it was "okay" because they "wouldn't be there long." A handicap spot is not a loading zone, and "not being there long" doesn't change the law or the impact on those of us who actually need those spots. To have staff prioritize a trailer over the legal accessibility needs of their customers is incredibly rude. I won't be back.

When I started talking about the issue with my over 20 year old propane stove I heard a voice from upstairs call down asking me to reiterate the question. A woman I now know is named Michelle informed me that she is a fireplace expert. And boy was she right. She quickly explained to me how my stove worked and showed me parts to compare to what mine had. She sent me home with some homework and her phone and email so I could send pictures of my unit. She walked me through trouble shooting the issue and helped me find a solution. She showed me how to use a wire to jump the unit and confirm that it would light. We decided I would switch to a thermostat and she suggested that I purchase the cheaper of the two options that she carries in store. She said "it's simple and easy to use and the more expensive one won't do you any better." My house will now be warm and cozy for my son and I. I called back that day after confirming some measurements and she took my order over the phone and processed the payment on my credit card. Approximately 1 week later I called asking for an estimated shipping date. I was then told the order had not yet been placed with the furniture manufacturing company and they would be unable to do so until the owner got back from vacation, they were not sure when that would be. I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund and they apologized and said they would reach out to the owner. The following day I received a short e-mail stating my order was placed and shipping information would be sent ASAP (I never received shipping information). Two days ago I received a text message that the chairs were ready to be picked up, I responded I would be by after I got off work to pick them up and got no reply back. I went by the store first thing on Saturday and waited in front of the business 45min past the posted opening hours of 10am, no one showed up. There was no sign regarding closures or inability to open and, of course, no answer on the telephone. I placed my order 28 days ago and I very much regret it. Too expensive for this poor of customer service. I have no comment on the quality of furniture because I have not seen the chairs.
