Not only did they over book the course, we waited over an hour past our tee time to tee off. There was no starter to be found and the ranger was in over his head. He refused to let us go off the back nine when we were told we could prior to the day. To make it worse, they then had our group of nearly 30 golfers do a backwards chaotic shotgun start. It made a complete mess of our scramble. We were at this course a year ago and what a different experience we had this time. The tee boxes were dumpsters filled with debris and weeds. The signs for holes were in a state of disrepair so that we got lost several times. 18 was represented as an 8. The course experienced a storm sometime ago, and tree limbs were down everywhere. It was clearly not recent as most of the leaves on the limbs were dried out and brown. The clubhouse and pro shop smelled awful and musty. The bathrooms on the course we overflowing and disgusting. When we asked management to comp us nine holes for the ridiculousness of the morning, they offered $5. Talk about insulting. We will never return to this crappy course and will make sure the hotel who booked this experience is well aware of the Oak Tree's negligence.

Looks like they aerated them a few weeks ago but doesn't look like they top dressed or reseeded. If they did it didn't take. They did hold a good shot but rough and bumpy putting.Tee boxes in bad shape as well. Fairways nice even though no one replaces their divots. Come on man! Still overall disappointed.

The entire course was in great condition including the greens, fairways and club house facilities. Plenty of room for the 60+ attendees at the outdoor eating area, the entire staff was friendly with no issues. Great steak dinner with all the sides & beverages included. The entire experience from start to finish was well planned and affordable for all. I will be back again next year for another great golfing experience.

Not one of our party of 20 golfers dissented on this opinion. I appreciate the course is a family run affair, but frankly, the condition of the course was unacceptable. Sand traps hard packed with excessive weeds and no rakes. The greens were among the most poorly maintained I've ever seen. It was hard scrabble and poor course management. Each tee box had only one marker for the hole, and the layout of the course made it tough for anyone unfamiliar with the layout to navigate from hole to hole. Daly out confusing. Golfers should be aware of the numerous electrical towers and power lines that criss-cross the course. While this is not under control of the course, but it is another strike against the already difficult playing conditions. When we walked in at the start of the day for our tee time, the course seemed unprepared for us. Pin markers were not ready, and the poor young lady behind the counter in the snack bar was in full blown panic mode trying serve us , get things ready for golfers, and answering the phone. The final strike was the course had no liquor license, so they couldn't sell beer or drinks. That blew our minds. There are plenty of excellent course nearby to play just over the border in PA. Avoid this one.

You are able to play on the different courses and use the facilities at all three with your membership. I have a relative with a membership and was impressed as soon as I stepped inside. The course was very well groomed and had a pleasant difficulty. I have had great meals at both locations that I've been to. Each event was well serviced and planned. You were able to enjoy the event while the staff carried on with their business in the background. If you are looking for a club in the area, I would not hesitate to join here. Highly Recommended.
