We witnessed a mother and son angrily walk out because they couldn't find anyone in the arcade area to redeem for prizes. After booking, we were told we had to wait 15-20 mins because there was no one working that area until 3 pm. The frustrating part was that I called the day before to ask about bringing a group in and was told we could come anytime because there were no reservations scheduled. It would have been helpful to know that the facility was understaffed and that the laser tag area would not be staffed until later in the day. Our group spent a significant amount of time waiting, which felt like a poor use of the time we had set aside for the event. For an establishment that's known for hosting team building activities in the heart of Solon, I was honestly disappointed in our experience.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, organized, and most importantly safe and fun for the children. A special thank you to Matt, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our party ran smoothly. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for the families there really stood out. The entire staff was patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful with the kids. The children had an amazing time bowling--there was laughter, excitement, and so many happy little faces. It was the perfect place for a group of energetic five-year-olds to celebrate and enjoy themselves. We were also pleasantly surprised and so happy to learn that the Saturday morning kids programs will continue. That's such a gift for families in the community who are looking for a fun, positive place for children to gather and play. They do bring it to your lane though. We ordered wings, a catfish and fries meal, and a small order of mac and cheese bites. It took 40 minutes for our food to be delivered. However the other two people in our party who ordered right after us got their wings 10 mins sooner. The wings were not seasoned. The catfish was good, but very heavy on the black pepper. My highlight was the Mac and cheese bites. Now the bowling was fun, but they have a major bowling ball shortage. The entire alley was sharing balls that were at all of our lanes. All of the ball holders around the space were empty except one that had 4 balls on it. I've honestly never seen anything like it. At least everyone was a good sport about having to share.
