I stopped by this car wash and simply asked if they accepted Apple Pay. Instead of giving me a clear yes or no, the employee responded in an irritated tone, saying "we do, but not when it's busy," and kept repeating it like I had done something wrong by even asking. He raised his voice at me multiple times, making the whole interaction feel unnecessarily hostile and uncomfortable. What really crossed the line was when he suddenly took my phone from me without asking and stormed off with it, saying "is this thing gonna turn off on me when I try to use it?" Not only was that completely unprofessional, but it also made me feel incredibly disrespected. All I did was ask a basic question, and I was treated like an inconvenience from the moment I spoke. It was completely uncalled for. I won't be returning, and I'd recommend others think twice before supporting a business that treats customers this way. read more

I feel so validated after reading Brittany C's review. This guy must be going through something, as he has always been pleasant in the past. That said, I was almost in tears on my way home from getting my car washed because of the verbal abuse he hurled at me today. He was incredibly hostile and disrespectful. At one particularly unhinged point, he asked me to roll down my window and put his head in my car to see if I had my foot on the brake pedal (instead of simply asking me to take my foot off the brakes). I normally don't expect much from drive through car washes, because everything is done so fast, but I needed to get the dried snow off my car. I have a 2021 vehicle that I purchased in December. I've only ever got it professionally detailed and haven't had any issues. I came here like I said to get the dried snow off my car. I payed for the $25 package with interior. There were about 6 employees drying and cleaning the inside of my car. When I drive away and parked the car, I noticed there were tiny scratches from the rags (you could see the circular motion) needless to say, this was depressing for me honestly. read more

Saturday 1:30 PM I went to Groupon uploaded the coupon and used it. I upgraded from gold to platinum so happy I did stayed in the car. They washed and polished every inch of the car from front to back and I believe the undercarriage to my upgrading to platinum I got the tire shine and the four cleaners outside where they busy as a bee cleaning the car up just terrific it is no problem no hassle Joe, the owner was as friendly as ever 38 years in the business, and worth every penny. I went in for the gold interior package for $25 because I really wanted my windows wiped down inside. The exterior came out pretty clean. All the dead bugs and bird poop were taken care of. However, the interior was left with some spray marks that were probably missed when being wiped down. Other than that, my car was left pretty clean. I just don't think it's worth $25, as other places would charge less for the same services. read more

Please save yourself from aggravation and go elsewhere. My car has 530 miles on it and is less than a month old. It's white. Finished the car wash and there are at least 15 black scuffs all over the car. Manager tried to tell me if it was him the whole car would be covered. Which it is. Hood. Fenders. Bumpers. Doors. All sides of the car. He then tried to say it was the dealer and didn't get noticed cause of the salt. Also bs. The scuffs are clearly at one spot and then show movement towards the direction the brushes would be moving. All I was hoping for was him to take some light polish and then some wax on the local spots. Dont waste your money, not only was the staff rude but they did an absolutely poor job. Only guy who wasnt rude was the guy with the long hair. Got the platinum exterior (planned on upgrading to the interior until i saw them do another car) needless to say, I have marks and chips all over my car, wax all over my car, I literally need to go wash my car again. But somewhere else this time. Now in reference to the interior- they were spraying the inside jams and inside door with a hose and I saw the water getting everywhere- no interest getting my leather seats soaked for a $20 car wash. I'd take the trip down the hill to Newark and pay $23 for great carwash, wax, armor all on tires and dash. Add leather cleaner for 10 more. This was good for on the way home car wash. Honestly I'm more of a "wait until it rains" kind of guy when it comes to car washes, but in my experience this place is about as good as any other one. Outside looked good when finished. At one point on the drive through they sprayed some purple stuff (maybe the rain-x) and it basically hit like 1/8 of my windshield so whatever it was was definitely pointless. At first glance everything looked great inside but once I spent more time inside the car, i began to notice a lot of dust and dirt spots that were missed completely. But I guess if you want a cleaner inside, just get your car detailed. $25 and 10 minutes isn't going to do it. read more

After going to a few places to try and get all the tree sap off our car, my husband said let's go here. Not knowing about the place I said why not. The car looked awful! I really wish I had taken before and after pictures, the car looked like brand new. They even cleaned some of the inside. I definitely recommend them for detailing. I got the Groupon for the VIP treatment, which is exterior and interior cleaning. The exterior is like those automatic car washes. For the interior, a crew would clean your windows, vacuum the floors, wipe down the dash and shine your tires. A very thorough job, especially when the interior has been decimated by a 2.5 year old. My car looks like new! I'm bringing my wife's car for a cleaning tomorrow! read more

I recently had my car detailed here and they did a great job restoring it. It's an old 2002 White Honda Accord that I just bought and I wasn't expecting them to do much with a 12 year old car. I really just wanted to have it sanitized because the previous owner did not take care of it. The paint on the outside was chalky and it had an odd smell inside. It took the guys about four hours, but was it worth it. They got almost all of the stains out of the carpets and seats. My husband even commented that it looks and smells like a new car now. I would definitely recommend their detailing service to anyone. The quality is good and price is less than others in the area. read more

They no longer allow LYFT and UBER drivers to avail of their unlimited car wash service due to the reason LYFT/Uber cars are "commercial". I find it no different than regular paying customers who have their cars washed 3-4x a week and I only washed my car 2x a week back when I was with them. Terrible and you SHOULD NOTE THAT IN YOUR SIGN THAT YOU DONT ALLOW UBER/LYFT DRIVERS TO AVAIL OF YOUR UNLIMITED PLAN. Took my car wash elsewhere and actually saved a few more dollars and was not singled out for being a rideshare driver. This place does a great job! I had scraped up my car pretty badly and went for a car wash to clean up the excess dirt and assess the damage. Turned out that in addition to the car wash, they were able to buff out the entire scratch! I was planning on having to touch up a few spots with paint, but they got the entire scratch out! And even better when compared to the godawful jobs most drive-thru car washes in North Jersey do. The wash is great, the employees are great (The only reason I gave it a 1 star) The Owner (Father is great) The son who runs it seems to have a attitude problem when it comes to customers. I was referred there by my dad who told me they did a good job and the father was a great guy. After about 3 weeks on the monthly unlimited wash plan I purchased a new car. Same Model and Year but different color. I took it to the employees and advised them I had to change info, They went in to the father who told them to wait on changing it till I received my new plates. I figured everything was fine. About two days later I get approached by the son asking about my car and asking to see my membership card. He wanted to know why it hadn't been changed. I explained to him what happened and he told me "that's not how they do things there". I advised him i brought it to his employees attention and his fathwr said to chabge it later. He said "he had a husband and wife switching cars and kinda seemed like he was accusing me of the same by his comment of "Im not saying you are doing that, but..." I didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me and that day decided to cancel my monthly membership. I went around from the vaccum area to the car wash entrance and asked an employee if I could cancel my membership. He went inside then came back out and told me since I had a few more weeks left to come back right before my billing date, go inside and they would cancel it. So I did... I went home and advised my father of the same as he was going to cancel as well. He waited till the day before and called in and was told his payment will be ran the next day and that wasn't an option. I then decided to go in myself and handle his and mine. When I spoke to son I was told that my dad's could not be stopped. I told him I would dispute it through the bank , and he said he could initiate a emergency cancellation but it wasn't 100% as the payment was being ran the next day, but he would try if I promised not to contact the bank. I agreed. He told me since he wasn't sure he could cancel it I could not leave with my dad's membership card that was good for another month due to payment, but if it ran I could come get it. Needless to say the payment ran...(Not surprised). We never went back for the card as its not worth the headache. The son event went as far as to call me a "problem" since I voiced my concerns to him, then stating he misspoke when I confronted him on it. I wanted to explain this whole situation so no one else is taken advantage of. I typically expect a business to treat a customer with respect and not accuse a customer of lying or trying to take advantage without looking into something first. On top of me and my father cancelling, my fiance and her parents have cancelled as well. Terrible customer service, previous reviews state the same...Feel bad for the father as the son is killing his business.. Stay away from this business! read more

Terrible job on interior wash services. The vaccuum was hastily done and did not get the job done. The windows are spotty, streaky, and still visibly dirty. They didn't appear to even wipe the dashboard. This is a fine place to go for the basic exterior wash, but don't bother with any of the additional services. read more

I've taken my 2010 Acura TSX here about a half dozen times and each time I've been very satisfied with the service and the job. I have rain guards on my windows and sunroof and I'm always very concerned about them getting broken or pulled off. So far, so good. The wash is very thorough, and it's nice to get the undercar wash during the harsh winter (salted roads) months. They go over the car once you pull out of the wash, and dry it off and clean it out. I'm actually due for another wash, and it looks like the weather may hold out so it won't get rained on for a few days. I know where I'm going after work! I highly recommend the Willowbrook Car Wash for a spotless car (PS - if you do have an issue, the manager is very willing to rectify it, so just ask for him - the workers are very polite and work very hard - tip them well!!) read more

Went here the other day to get my car washed & an very disappointed with the end result. When I arrived, the employees were extremely friendly & it didn't take too long for my turn in line. I got the basic wash with no added features as I only needed the exterior of the car cleaned. This car wash allows you to stay in the car while the car gets cleaned which is pretty cool. I haven't seen a car wash like that in a while & it reminded me of when I use to go with my parents to get their cars washed back in the 90's (aged myself a little bit there). After going through the wash & getting the car dried I left thinking my car would be looking great. When I got out a little while later, I was very impressed with how shiny my car looked but also began to notice that it really wasn't cleaned. There were still a ton of dirt marks still on the car & upon further inspection, the only thing that the car wash did was make it shiny, a major flaw to me! Overall, I'm very disappointed with my experience at this establishment & will not be making a return trip. read more

I brought my car to the car wash on Saturday morning, around 11:00 on May 24. In the car wash, the cloths that struck the top of the car cracked my sunroof wind deflector (a Nissan-branded one that came with my car when I bought it new). When I got out of the car wash, I brought it to the attention of the people drying the car and was directed to the owner, Joe. He argued that the wind deflector was broken before I entered the car wash and that he noticed it when he was power-washing the roof (before entering the car wash). I asked him if that were the case, why he did not say anything to me about it beforehand. His answer now is that I was half way into the car wash and so did not want to "pull me out." As a compromise, Joe told me to price out the part and that he would pay for half. The part costs $76, not including any labor for installation. He reneged and changed this compromise to say that he would "consider" paying for half. After further discussions, he said he will only pay me in car washes as he does not want to be out-of-pocket. His offer is unacceptable to me as there is no way I will go back to that car wash. He maintains that the deflector was broken before I entered the car wash when in fact it was not. The owner should know that not everyone is trying to scam him. He did call back this past Friday to let me know that another customer's car, an Altima with a similar wind deflector, was in his shop until 4 p.m. and that he would "run that car through his car wash as many times as I wanted," to show that his car wash does not damage wind deflectors. I was at work so I could not leave before 4 and, in any event, the fact remains that the car wash broke my wind deflector. I am unafraid of publishing this review on Yelp as nothing in this review is libelous because it is all true. I am now forced to file a legal claim against this business. read more
