It doesn't feel like the same car wash or the same ownership as it used to be. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Progressive has been my "go to" car wash for the past 3 years. I think it is only fair that one exercises a little common sense when evaluating a car wash. I don't always receive or expect a perfect result on a very busy weekend. However, when I go on weekdays the results are generally outstanding. Ratings really should be cumulative over time. Progressive employs a small army of professional, conscientious workers that do an incredible job inside and out. Another plus is that Progressive is an automated hand wash. No brushes are used at all. This practice limits swirls and fine scratches in the paint finish. It's a little pricier than most but I think the results are worth it. read more

I have been going to Progressive Car Care for a few years now! I like their services but lately their quality of services went down. I normally get their highest car wash package which is about $45. I don't mind the price as long as my vehicle gets clean. I also like getting an expressed detail for my car seats. Total comes out to $117 before taxes. The past two times that I went I have not been satisfied with their interior vacuuming. How is it that I pay for it but yet when I get my vehicle back I still see crumbs and fur on the mats?? I went this past Wednesday and noticed how they did not do a proper job vacuuming........and they didn't even bother to clean the cup holders. Before leaving a bad review I decided to talk to the manager. I spoke to Doug, and he understood my frustration and said I can bring my vehicle in to get the proper vacuuming. He said I could drop it off and how I could pick it up a few hours later. So I decided to do that today Friday I left my car around 12:30PM and then I picked it up at 3PM. Long story short when I picked up my vehicle and I looked back at the area that wasn't properly vacuumed. I noticed that there were still crumbs on the mat. They gave my vehicle another car wash, but they didn't even bother cleaning the inside and that was the main reason why I was frustrated to begin with. Again, I used to like getting my car washed at Progressive but now it doesn't even make sense to pay so much money and they don't even do it correctly. How do I talk to the manager and he addresses my concern and then I drop off my vehicle but then when I go pick it up the vehicle is still dirty inside...... Not worth the money or hassle...... I was super upset with the previous place I was going to get my car washed, so I decided to go back to this place. I used to go here a while ago, but I remember being unimpressed for the price I was paying. However, this time though, I went and got one of the higher level car wash packages (I believe I paid around $30) and I was so satisfied. My car had been super dirty and dusty both inside and outside and leaving here my car was sparkling and clean like never before. A big thing for me with carwashes is that they clean the windows properly without any streaks, and this place left my windows spotless. Such a relief. They have done it before where they broke a very small piece, and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they didn't know the lock ( but it's a no brainer to figure that out) And they never really vacuum the interior or clean the exterior ! This was hands down the best car wash in the area but they started slipping and I stopped going. But today I decided to give them another shot. When I got there I noticed the prices are probably 50% higher than they used to be. I decided to go with the Gold service which is $30 plus I added the rain x $5 package on top. $38 after taxes. I could net believe what a horrible job they did when I got into my car. I have to vacuum the entire car over by myself. I had to wipe down the left over dirt on my wheels and they didn't even use the air hose to make sure the water doesn't run when u pull away. They clearly could care less about their quality of work. To start I had a number on my windshield with shoe polish from another car wash, they didn't even take it off. The windows are always dirty and streaky and there are dirty spots on the car. Updated: Against my better judgment I returned here hoping the quality of service had improved. I was wrong. Over the past 3 carwashes I experienced the following: 1. Plastic panel pulled off and thrown in my trunk 2. After washing, floor mats are never secured (clips to secure mats are broken off by employees) 3. Trunk is never vacuumed 4. My adorable dashboard hula was broken 5. Interior is poorly cleaned (I often have to re-clean myself) On my most recent visit, my floor mat clips were torn off. I requested to speak to a manager. After waiting 20 minutes a manager's assistant, "Manny" appeared. I explained what happened & he finally agreed to replace the clips. He offered no apology. He did, however, promise to call me later that day to confirm he can get replacement clips. After 2 days and no call back, I finally reached out and he still had no answer. No apology or explanation. Manny also saw firsthand what a crappy car wash I received that day. There was debris in my trunk and the interior was barely wiped down. (I paid for Platinum service) Worst of all, there was no attempt to remedy the situation or assure me it wouldn't happen again. I have been coming here for years, but I have noticed a decline in the quality of work & the attention to detail. All, while they have continued to raise their prices. There used to be a coupon in a local flyer, which is no longer available as well. I was just there today (3/14/20). The hand washers didn't have enough soapy water on their sponges & were rushing, rather than doing a good job. The line speed also seemed too fast for them to keep up. Slow it down or add another person to the line! The last issue was the fact that I spent $30 for the Platinum wash & they forgot to do the tire shine! Unfortunately, I didn't notice till I got home. I came to the car wash on a recommendation from the mechanic next door(mechanic was absolutely phenomenal and would highly recommend to anyone on going there) I went to the wash, paid for a gold service which includes the full wash, vacuum, polish, and wax on the car and tires. When I got my car back I had to run back to the mechanic, was waiting for a part, and when i got out and looked there were new spots on the car. The car hadn't been properly vacuumed at all. Multiple mechanics saw the car and said "they usually do a better job" the mechanic talked to someone they saw the car and told me to go through again they'd clean it and fix the mess for me. I went back through the car wash, which already had a long line, and when I got back there I told the guy they told me to go through again and pointed out the bad job they did and he said sure. When I asked if they were going to perform all the gold service package again he looked at me, laughed, and said no. He said "you paid for it once, not twice". I told him that was ridiculous because I just paid for the service they didn't do a good job and now they're gonna wash it and not do any of the add ins that I just paid for. I talked to the lady up front who was nice and helpful. She called the manager/owner and they said that I can get the services of the package I paid for but I'd have to go through the car wash a THIRD time. I said no way im waiting I have things to do, just give me my money back and let me get on with my day. The owner and a lead man came up and chatted with them. Told them that there were clear faults and they proceeded to tell me they wash thousands of cars, which they probably do because the place is always packed, and that they hadn't made any mistakes. And I said they clearly did, they work hard and I acknowledged that but I was frank and said they didn't do a good job and I wasn't going to wait again and just wanted my money back. The owner told the lead man to take me back there to get my money back and I followed him. I went to the door with him and he looked at me and said "what do you want to do now, do you want to do a detail?" I looked at him confused, and said just give me my money back. He said, with the biggest balls "if you just wanted a free car wash you should've just said that". I got freaking heated at that comment, and told the dude we both worked hard for our money and I had a right to complain because they didn't do a good job. The fact they he had the balls to say something like that shows the complete lack of respect for the customers when they cannot handle valid criticism. I will never go back and surely hope they train there staff to never insult people like that. read more

Used to be the spot to have your Car Washed!Not anymore!No one is managing these guys or overseeing the work they do.I am sure they all work hard,especially on those hot summer days.But the work is horrible.I bought a Number 4 ,which is I believe 26.99 plus tax.Thats a good dime on my end.They were with my car maybe three minutes and they beep the horn and call me over.Not possible,the vacuuming wasn't complete.The inside was not wiped down..I can go on..Bottom line is I am done you have lost my 20 or so car washes a year.This was not the first time I have had issues.
