It took way longer for me to find than I would like but he never showed impatience. We then went through the car wash and it was nice and clean when we got out of it. We then went to the vacuum bays to wipe down the outside dry with the complementary micro fiber cloths, window cleaner and vacuum. I then saw Shem again and he showed me how to use the mat cleaner when I asked him how it works. Again very nice guy. In all took about 20 or 25 min to clean, wipe and vacuum the inside and interior but man it looked good. It looked much better than those car washes that charge $20 or more hand car washes but leave your car looking like crap. No one other than maybe a professional detailer will want or get your car as clean as you can. More than likely will get a membership that you can use at any of their locations but only after trying it one more time to make sure they're consistent. Would recommend after my first trip there.

On July 24, 2025, I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a routine car wash. My vehicle entered the wash in excellent condition, with no damage whatsoever. When it exited, the driver's side rocker molding/trim panel had been extensively damaged and partially ripped off. I have photographs documenting the damage immediately after the incident. What disappointed me even more than the damage itself was how it was handled. I contacted the new owner expecting that the matter would be taken seriously and that there would at least be an effort to investigate what happened. Instead, I was simply directed to a disclaimer stating that the business is not responsible for damage to customers' vehicles. That response spoke volumes. Rather than showing concern for a paying customer or attempting to resolve a legitimate complaint, the issue was dismissed almost immediately. The attitude I encountered came across as dismissive, indifferent, and lacking any sense of customer accountability. In my opinion, the facility itself appears dated and relies on older equipment. Under the previous ownership, I always felt that customer satisfaction and vehicle care were priorities. Unfortunately, based on my recent experience, I no longer have that confidence. I made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly before sharing my experience publicly. I gave the owner an opportunity to address the damage, but no meaningful resolution was offered. As a result, I have been left with repair costs and have had to pursue legal remedies. Before choosing this car wash, I encourage anyone to read the other customer reviews carefully. While every experience is different, mine resulted in significant vehicle damage, a complete lack of accountability, and an owner who declined to make the situation right. If you value your vehicle and expect a business to stand behind its service when something goes wrong, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
