When I first got there…read morehe was at the cashier station and was patient with me while I looked for my half price coupon on my phone. It took way longer for me to find than I would like but he never showed impatience. We then went through the car wash and it was nice and clean when we got out of it. We then went to the vacuum bays to wipe down the outside dry with the complementary micro fiber cloths, window cleaner and vacuum. I then saw Shem again and he showed me how to use the mat cleaner when I asked him how it works. Again very nice guy. In all took about 20 or 25 min to clean, wipe and vacuum the inside and interior but man it looked good. It looked much better than those car washes that charge $20 or more hand car washes but leave your car looking like crap. No one other than maybe a professional detailer will want or get your car as clean as you can. More than likely will get a membership that you can use at any of their locations but only after trying it one more time to make sure they're consistent. Would recommend after my first trip there.

I've been going to Always Clean Cars since 2019 when I did a partial paint protection film (PPF)…read moreand window tint on a new car. They wrapped the hood, mirrors, and recommended some fragile interior pieces. I would have never thought to wrap the shiny interior piano black plastic but it kept finger prints off and ended up looking better and more consistent than the original surface. After all these years the wrap looks like new, and the interior pieces are perfect. My only regret was not wrapping the entire car, which is why I returned to have a new car fully wrapped. Felix, once again, made some important recommendations but not once tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary services. He suggested a ceramic treatment for the interior. I didn't realize the tendency for the white interior to stain, and managed to actually stain it before I could get it treated, unintentionally proving Felix's point. They also got the stain out. While I don't live close, it's worth the trip for their attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, when revisiting the original receipt the prices are still similar to nearly 7 years ago. You can still get fair prices in 2026.

It was the first sunny day in a while and the first two clues this isn't what it used to be were 1) there was no other cars there at around lunch time (when people at work would have time to do this) 2) the amount of paper and dirt debris that was on the ground around the ramp to into the car wash. I got the silver interior vaccuum and wipe down and the exterior wash for 20 bucks I should remind you that there wasn't anyone before or after me to have to rush me along. But the amount of dirt specks in the car and a dirt streak still on the out side of the car told me this wasn't the value I had remembered it being. So I do not think I will be back again unless it is a gift to go and then I can reasses my feelings on this place. So in closing, I feel there are far better places to get a car wash than here. But that is just me.

After reporting it to the worker, he took my number and said his manager would call. He did and said there is nothing he can do because he looked at the cameras and I had chips in my windshield ON THE PASSENGER side prior to going in for the wash. With the heat today and cold water..I get it. It would have been totally understandable if the crack was on the PASSENGER side! The crack is all down the DRIVERS side (looks like it started in the middle) and goes no where near the chips he mentioned. It looks like something hit my windshield and then cracked, even though the manager Pat said nothing in the washer could have did that. Thankfully I have insurance (unfortunately will have to pay a deductible) but it's pretty shitty customer service! Avoid...because if something happens to your car...they won't help you. The workers there are such great guys too...going to miss them!
