Since her car is new to her a she didn't know if it was time for an oil change yet and the serviceman told her she was a little early on it but since she was there he would replace it. Christian was great hard working and informative without high pressure sales. They are honest and professional. Matt is the manager and he made my sure my repairs were top notch and to the specifications. My Alignment was done with in a timely manner and and they went on a test drive with me to assure my happiness. They even found a problem with a tire that was separating that was very unsafe that I didn't notice. I will be back and hope everyone else give them a try. I called and told the people what make and car we had to help with the AC. I also said we had already been told by others they don't have the adapters. Got there, dropped the car off and one hour later. Same thing, don't have the adapter. Wasted our time but did not charge us and very apologetic. Hence the three star rating. read more

I came in for a $55 wheel alignment, and what happened afterwards was a total comedy of errors. By far the most unprofessional, inexperienced, and careless car service I have ever had and it left my car in a much worse condition than before I had taken it in. First off, even though I had an appointment at 9 am, it was almost 10:30 before anyone actually put my car on the alignment rack and it wasn't done until after 11:30. When I got my car back, it was obvious that nobody had test drove my car because it was still pulling to the right. So I took the car back and asked for a printout of the alignment specs, but the tech told me that they could not show me the specs. I waited another hour as they tried to redo the alignment, then they told me that since one of my front tires was newer than the others, it was causing a pull to the right. The worst part comes next. As they rotated my back tires to the front, they must have accidentally or purposely messed up my tire, because they tried again to do an alignment but afterwards they told me that my tires are bad. The tire pressure ! light also had turned on. There was also a new rattling sound when I turned my steering wheel 45 or more degrees in either direction. Christian told me that I needed a new rack and pinion and he would have to send me a quote/estimate later via email because everyone at the shop needed to go work at another shop during the afternoon. The tire problem and the rattling noise were two NEW problems that WERE NOT observed before. I called again that night asking for an estimate and he told me that he would email it to me right away so I waited. I called again the next morning and I was just told to call back later. Nobody ever got back to me again and I was completely ghosted by this shop. I ended up taking my car to another mechanic who strongly suspects that this shop sabotaged my car. I'd like to think that it was more carelessness and inexperience rather than sabotage, but my experience was so terrible and nobody ever gave me a response so I don't know. I'm still out $56.92 for the alignment, a day of work, and a lot of hours of stress and worry from the problems that they caused. I've tried contacting them twice just to complain and ask for a refund, but they are just ignoring me now. read more

I wouldn't recommend. I started with a quote via Yelp which didn't fully explain what I was getting. The man person in the store is too busy watching the tv or on his phone to fully explain the service you are getting in detail. Long story short I was sold the cheapest brakes they had. Wasn't told anything accept I was receiving a Groupon deal. I'm thinking it's my lucky day. Front brakes are squeaking worse than when I brought them. I call to bring them back to get check once again Kareem has nothing to say or any explanation but he can watch the Parker's while I'm speaking to him. Overall no one at this shop wanted to take accountability for my brakes sounding worse than before I came. The older woman was rude and had nerve to try to talk down to me about my brakes. All they wanted to do was sell me rotors that I didn't need. I honestly think they took their good ass time changing my brake pads again just to be assholes. Don't waste your time here. I had no problem spending money on my car if need be. I thought I caught a special all I for was my role wasted and some smart ass remarks from so older lady that was never spoken too. They also didn't have any issue running their mouths about us while we waited on my car. Next time I'll pay $250 somewhere else before I waste my time here read more

I will definitely be back, paid much less for an oil change than I usually do for my Merc. Service was quick and convenient. I also had them drain and recharge my AC, I dropped of in the am and picked my car up about an hour and a half later all was good to go. Best place by far hands down. I was reluctant at first bringing my BMW here but they did not only fix my issue the same day but more importantly they were 10 times more CHeaper than most Dealerships. We brought our Hyundai Elantra to Willowbrook Discount Car care for AC repair. They charged me $900+ to change the compressor. Six months later the AC goes out again and they charge me $400+ to change the evaporator. Now the AC is out again! Do NOT use this business, they are nothing more than parts changers. I will never bring my car to them again. read more

Brought my car there for an oil change. Parked car in garage and that evening left and drove down the street and oil light came on. Pulled into the driveway and noticed oil on my driveway and puddle of oil in the garage. Car would not start up again. Contacted a manager from ph no found online and he said all would be taken care of by WDCC. Had it towed there next morning and another manager, specified engine would be replaced and a loaner car provided because the WDCC was totally responsible. Three days went by and each day he gave us a reason why the loaner car was not ready. On the third day he told us to be there at 4:30 pm. We showed up and were told that the owner, Nhat Nof the business would not take care of the damages done to my car. WDDC replaced the gasket five months ago and provided 24 month warranty and also changed the oil in my car!! Their manager pointed out the employee who did not secure the oil filter. This was the worst experience I've had with an auto mechanic establishment. I went in for an oil change (full synthetic) and the manager on duty Kareem insured me my filter was in stock when I called 9/18/20 and set my appointment for 9/19/20. When I get there Kareem insisted he told me he had to order the filter (1st lie). I asked how long would it take for filter to get there was told about 15 mins. I then asked how long would it take for oil change was told 45 mins appt was for 2:00. By 3:00 I see my car still in the air with no one working on it. The owner (Nat) had come by and came in building and was talking w/Kareem and the other guys on duty. by 3:15 I asked Kareem what was going with my car (owner Nhat is gone) and he asked me to come outside (the garage) the owner (Nhat) was gone by this time and he (Kareem) commenced to explain that there was an issue he (Kareem) had mistakenly unplugged my transmission plug instead of the oil plug for the oil change thus resulting in my transmission oil being released. By this time another tech was working on my car to replace the transmission fuel. I'm livid at this point. I asked Kareem if the oil/filter had been changed and he said yes (2nd lie). The tech was lowering my car and them Kareem goes back to the garage and then the tech starting raising the car again. I asked Kareem what was going on and he said they needed to change the oil filter, but I explained that he said the oil change was done (3rd) lie. At this point I asked for the owner info and Kareem refused to give the info to me and stated that he would give it to me when they were done with my car. That's when I was told the owner knew what had happened and told them not give his info to me. I called for a police officer (not thru 911). Mistakes can happen, but when the owner knew what had happen he was there and should have came and consulted with me, but he didn't he chose to leave and not address the issue with me (customer). It took until after 4:00 for my car to be ready. Still not sure if my car is safe it wasn't shifting correctly on my ride home. Very bad business. Beware of this business the owner (Nhat) is not about good business and the certain techs aren't qualified to do any repairs on cars (clearly). read more
