At…read morethe beginning, it was helpful knowing there was a caring and understanding manager, Tina, who really addressed any issue in a timely, efficient, and kind manner. The new manager, Kimberly Clarke, is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to tenants and families of tenants advocating on their behalf. My brothers and I have been spoken to unprofessionally on numerous occasions and have even been hung up on from her when asking her to lower her voice and change her tone. This should not happen especially when speaking on behalf of disabled, limited English speaking elderly people need answers or needs to be addressed. We've also been told - 'nobody tells her how to do her job.' I would love to speak to the owner more in dethroned but everywhere I look points me back to Kimberly as the contact.
