Once your inside, the guest services desk associate greets you with a warm smile. The receptionist/clerks are always friendly and engaging. The entire staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. The building is neat and clean. The waiting has a television and magazines to read. This facility creates a nice homey feel for the visitors. I truly recommend this location and excited for my upcoming appointments with them.

We were only there for a day, but they were helpful and respectful. In our worst moment, they helped us navigate through things. We worked briefly with them outpatient prior as well, and they also were helpful and responsive. You could always get ahold of a nurse to advise you. They were just really on top of things, and didn't push you or push any agendas.

The staff at Abington Surgical center are so nice! The receptionist was grouchy, but maybe it's…read morebecause she deals with so many that can't hear a lick. Nikki, my preop nurse was friendly. She seemed to really care and whispered encouraging words to me. She got the IV in one shot. I walked to OR#1 with the nurse anesthetist. I never asked but they gave me warm blankets. It was cold in there. As they positioned me, each staff member was doing their preparations like a well oiled machine. Next thing I know, I'm in recovery where my nurse (Melinda?) says, time to wake up and offers me a juice. I had no memory getting there. She helped me sit up and get my clothes. Both the surgeon (Newman) and recovery nurse both called my wife. Later walked out the door. No photos here. Just nice people.
