This family based company is amazing!…read more The Deal/Making a Reservation: I reviewed nearly every jumper in the area and Bouncers2u had the best deal for what we needed (A Jumper, 2 Tables, 16 Chairs for $99 as of 8/17/2019). But more than having a great deal, Marco (I believe he is the owner) was quick to answer questions and accommodate my many changes. 10 Stars for communication and flexibility. The Set Up: They gave me a window for when they would arrive and the day prior shortened that window to an hour time frame. They arrived early within the window they gave me and set up the bouncer. They were quick, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The Products: The bouncer was a favorite (we had a Frozen themed party) and it was hard getting the kids to come out. Everything was already clean, but they went in the bouncer one more time for a final "sweep". We covered the tables with linens, but they were in good condition. The chairs were sturdy folding chairs too. The Rest: They let us keep the bouncer for the entire night (no 7 hour window) and to my daughter's extreme delight, she got to jump some more the next morning. When Marco and his crew came to pick up the bouncer they were just as efficient and friendly. He surveyed our backyard and let us know that we would be able to accommodate other kinds of bouncers for future parties. But he also gave us some great advice about our retaining wall. Overall Bouncers2u exceeded all my expectations. We will use them for any future parties/events. I highly recommend their services. Having had the chance to speak to Marco, it's evident that he has a passion for bringing happiness to kids through his company. He tries to keep his own overhead low by doing things himself and with family/friends (also making sure it's done right), and passes those savings on to the parents renting the equipment.
