I had the unfortunate circumstance of being in an auto accident in my 6-day new car. The insurance company for the person at fault asked me to drop my car at another collision shop - but after driving by Auto Craft for the last six years on my way to work, something made me think I should go there instead. (Thank you Oregon law!) The day I stopped by I was still pretty emotional about the accident. I was greeted by Zac who was incredible about calming my nerves and letting me know that everything was going to be okay. Since the first day, Zac has been informative and responsive to my questions and requests. He has also gone ABOVE AND BEYOND contacting the insurance company, sending photos and also making sure that my car was getting all the right parts to put it back into its original, beautiful state.
