I was between a rock and a hard place and found Todd's by accident while doing a search for autobody in the Eugene area. I flat bedded my vehicle in and met Josh and LeighAnn who took their time in formulating a good plan to address the front end collision work required to get my van back in spec - these folks are thorough and like doing things right to eliminate stress on both sides which I appreciate. Josh made a comment that my van would most likely come back to me better than it was when it left the factory and I believe he was right. I was sent many photos and videos detailing their work, they clearly have a great team of skilled techs and professionals to ensure the job was done right. The memory of the afore mentioned local painter who blew up my summer plans was replaced by the high quality work and professionalism of Todd's Autobody. Most of the folks working there have been there 20-30 years, which says a lot about the enjoyability of working there, as well as the level of experience you get when you you bring your car to them. Josh and co got the back right panel of my car looking good as new and their skilled painter matched the white paint of the new panel to that of my car, which is really hard to do if you don't know what you're doing. Josh sent me frequent text updates, so I always knew the status of the repair being done and never once felt left in the dark. The repair took a week to the day, and pickup was really smooth and quick. Fingers crossed I'll never have to bring my car back, but if I do, I know my car will be in the hands of experts at Fix Auto.

It was a terrible day because the door was smashed so badly it wouldn't open, and the rear door wouldn't open either. I chatted with some friends to see where they'd had collision work done, and the first place I called told me it would take months to fix. Another friend mentioned Autobody Specialties, so I decided to give them a try. To my surprise, they said they could get it done in a couple of weeks, depending on shipping. After that, I just confirmed with my insurance company where I was getting the work done, and ten days later, the car was ready. Of course, when I drove, I noticed another part wasn't working right, which I hadn't noticed in the original repairs. But they took it in and replaced the part with one they had in stock in just a few hours. They also updated the repair estimate with my insurance company for no extra cost to me. Overall, I'm really happy with how quickly the repair was done, and the paint job matches the original paint perfectly, which I was worried about because my car is black with a glittery finish.
