After trying it on and walking around the store I went to the checkout area. One sales person was checking out a customer. One was doing some paperwork and another was just straightening up things. Obviously standing there no one greeted me or questioned my presence. Not until I asked if I could check out did I get any service. My friend then stood by paper work person. No response. She moved to my line thinking she would be next. The sales person actually LEFT the checkout area after helping me! Ignoring my friend. I had to go over to her and get her attention. Very odd staff. Felt they were only attentive if you had an aura of money. Forgot to add my other friend would not buy anything in the store because earlier this month she was reprimanded by a staff member for taking a picture of a shirt she thought her mom would like but she is home bound and unable to shop. Sooo lost an almost certain sale that day!

If I ever see Jane working in an Anthony's again, I will walk out and wait for my favorite sales associate Connie. Connie is kind, helpful, and so creative when assisting me in choosing clothes to enhance my wardrobe. Connie has an incredible work-ethic and incredible knowledge of Anthony's product lines. I think the owners must have hired new salespeople because the sales lady was very friendly and helpful. She engaged with me when I entered the store and made me feel welcome without being hovered over. When I had a question, she was quick to find an answer. She made it a great shopping experience for me. The store is utterly charming--a delightful mix of MacKenzie-Childs and stylish clothing. Everything is displayed so well--I actually had trouble deciding what not to buy. I'll definitely be back again.
